I love these nail polishes. the apply streak free and dry within the 60 seconds they say. the colour pay off is nice and the colour is true to the bottle, i own 3 of these in orange/peach, lilac and turquoise. They are affordable and you get a good amount for the price. I paid $5 for each :)

When they say it dries in 60 seconds, it's no joke - it really does dry that quickly.
I find the brush makes it super easy for applying polish, it's probably one of the better brushes I've tried on a polish - the wider brush makes it easier to apply polish on your nail in less coats and the curve on the tip makes it good to get close to the cuticle. I'm not a big fan of the bottle size, I honestly wish they did these in a bigger size! It does take a few coats for the colour to be completely opaque. Even though it says 60 seconds drying time and it is true, I would still give your nails an hour to fully set so they don't chip in the next few days.
The only downside for me was that the bottle itself dried out quite quickly, I'm not too sure if this was because of the bottle size but I found that the polish did get quite thick after about a month.
Drying time 60 seconds......hook me up! I am a sucker for fast drying nail polish so I just had to have this. I have the colour 'Red Carpet' which is me all over. It is a pearl looking rockabilly red. It stands out which is so what I need, a statement maker.
The bottle is very small for my liking and the brush is even worse. It says it's a great new brush on the lid. It's flat but it's stubby. For someone like me with big mitts I need a sturdy brush that is long. This one for me is hard to control and I end up getting polish all over my fingers because I can't see the brush properly. I find that it distributes the polish evenly though so I guess that is a plus. The texture I don't really like because it's very thick and gloopy which makes it hard to spread. The pressing question, is it fast drying in that 60 seconds. The answer is yes but I am disappointed that the lasting power isn't there. I applied makeup half an hour later and hello what do I find but half a nail has been worn off already. Surely applying makeup isn't hardcore work that would cause damage.
I wouldn't buy it again, I would rather pay extra for better quality polishes. I would much prefer to wait two extra minutes for it to be dry than have fast drying like this. So to sum up. Positives: The brush spreads the polish evenly, it's not going to break the bank and it does dry with in 60 seconds like it says. Negatives: The bottle is too small, the brush is too stubby, the consistency is too thick and gloopy, it doesn't have stay power.
Tips: Avoid doing anything for a while it doesn't have the stay power
I purchased Funtime Fushcia & Rose Libertine and love how quick and easy it is to cover my nails with this product. I have wide flat nails, so the wide flat brush is perfect to cover them quickly! I can get away with one coat (neither of these colours are streaky - not quite 100% opaque, but thankfully not streaky!) but apply two when I aren't racing out the door!. My nails are soft so all nail polishes chip on me, doesn't take long - but that goes for them all, nothing personal against this one.
I would buy these again before a lot of other nail polishes. What a great range of colours too! Someone mentioned the colour looks like jelly - spot on! :)
Tips: If you don't own any, buy one in a neutral(ish) colour to have on hand when you urgently need a coat of polish but don't have much time to apply it. You won't regreat it!
I love these nail polishes! The brush is perfectly shaped for easy application but I find the formula can be a bit streaky in the lighter shades so need a good 2 - 3 coats. The formula dries so quickly though so even if you have to do an extra coat you aren't waiting long for it to dry. With a top coat the polish lasts quite a while and I found that it didn't really chip, with wear it got a little bit discolored with small thin cracks. The colour range is great and with the price you may as well pick up a couple!
Firstly, the brushes on these polishes are a good reason to love them! it's wide with a curved bottom so it pretty much gives you a perfectly even coat in one pass. In general I've found like most polishes these take between 2-3 coats to get an opaque coverage, the lighter shades seem to need more layers than the darker colours. The formula is smooth, fast drying and has a great consistency, one layer takes around a minute with additional layers taking a bit longer but they still seem completely dry within 5 minutes even without a fast dry topcoat :) These are definitely a must have polish!
Tips: These polishes are perfect when you want something quick on your nails because they dry so quickly and the polish applies so beautifully
I love how quickly this dries-especially the first coat. It really does dry in 60 seconds! I often layer a 2nd layer on for a more opaque coverage: the 2nd layer takes a bit longer to dry but you're definitely safe to go in no longer than 5 minutes
I quite like the size of the brush as well: it's a broad, flat brush that covers my entire nail in one sweep on application.
The colour I have is a vibrant red/orange with a shiny finish and a bit of translucence to it after it has dried. It looks a bit jelly-like!
I have never been a nail polish girl but since joining Beauty Review and having a 5 year old little miss my nail polish collection is slowly growing, I have brought nail polish in the past that promotes it dries within so long but after adding a few coats the wait time begins to slowly increase, this is not the case with the Rimmel 60 second range. Because of the cautiousness of my previous experiences I only purchased one nail polish in Ethereal, a light pinky pearl colour.
The brush is smaller than the average brushes and its a lot easier to control, it is also thicker and a lot more dense, dry time is so quick, by the time you finish painting all of your nails the first one you painted is ready to repaint. I use 5-6 coats of nail polish and it lasts about 5 days which is good for me since I am the family dishwasher.
What is also great is painting my daughters nails with this, when she was younger she didn't have the patience to sit still and would chip and rub her nail polish everywhere when we are waiting for it to dry, but when using the Rimmel 60 seconds nail polish there is a lot less mess to tidy up.
I like to paint my nails a dark colour and apply this over the top to give a pretty finish, it can change a look just with one coat.
I would highly recommend this nail polish to everyone especially to mothers that have little misses running around, I will definitely be purchasing more in the near future.
I picked up one of these nail polishes from a bargain bin at the pharmacy and was SO excited when I used it. Colours are amazing, nice smooth coats and dries quickly! I am shocking for always smudging my nail polish and I hate having to constantly redo them. RImmel 60 Seconds, dries fast but also two coats is more than enough for a great lasting colour
I had seen this nail polish around, but I had never considered buying this nail polish, so was lucky enough to receive it as a gift.
From first impressions, this nail polish is nothing exciting. It comes in a small glass bottle, with a black handle. The bottle has a circular base, is is quite heavy and sturdy. (Plus you can see the colour through the glass, which is always handy).
I have to admit, i think the brush is quite decent on this nail polish. Its not my favorite brush, but i find it applies nail polish evenly & easily because of the wider brush.
The formula of this nail polish is pretty good aswell. It smells like any other nail polish, so nothing special there. But the formula is pigmented, so two coats is really all you need. Now the big question when it comes to the formula is.. is the 60 seconds claim true? And i have to say.. yes it is true. This nail polish dries so fast, so it is perfect for those who don't like waiting around for nail polishes to dry, or for those who tend to smudge their nail polish because this one dries so fast, there is no time for smudging.
I find this nail polish only lasts around 2 - 3 days on my nails before it starts chipping which isn't ideal. Another average thing about this nail polish is that when this nail polish starts getting empty, it gets quite tricky to get the nail polish onto the brush, which results in nails that aren't quite as perfect as i like.
Overall, a pretty good nail polish for an affordable price. I would purchase this again for myself, even though its hard to get the last third of the bottle out, its still a really affordable nail polish.
