This balm is nice, it goes on well and has a nice almost honey taste to it. My lips aren't that bad this time of the year but the balm kept them moist and over the course of the last 2 weeks I have not suffered from dry lips at all.

Carmex helps to soothe, moisturise and relieve dry, chapped lips caused by the elements. Apply Carmex liberally and evenly as often as necessary throughout the day.
Carmex contains camphor and menthol. These ingredients give Carmex a cooling effect and soothe rough, chapped lips caused by environmental factors – encouraging a healthy appearance that feels as good as it looks.

Tips: Don't leave it in a warm car, my mistake as when I went to put on the heat had made the balm a bit more liquid, leaving me with heaps at a time.
I used this on my sunburnt chapped lips and it healed them but the taste and smell wasn't great. I would use this again but only in dire circumstances
Well this was one of those things I got and never thought much off. I used it once and thought it was spicy and tangy on my lips. But a while later I had a terrible cold and my lips were as dry and cracked so I used it again and it cleaned everything off. My lips stung for a moment or two but once it was was worn in my lips were so soft and there wasn't anymore dead skin in there.
Tips: I put it on just before my shower so when I get out and dressed ready to put my makeup my lips are already soft and clear ready to be painted.
I love love love this lip balm. It took a few uses to get to the tingly feeling when i put it on but i grew to really enjoy the tingle and my lips were ridiculously smooth
bought this product when in desperate need of relief from sunburnt lips and am very happy with the results.
On application, my lips tingled for a bit but after that stopped they were very soothed and moisturised. After a few days of use my lips were back to normal again! Very pleased.
A great product to have on hand!
If you are not a fan of tingly mentholated type products or medicinal smelling products than this is definitely not for you. However it is a great balm for repairing damaged skin - have been spending alot of time outside in the sun lately and my lips were peeling, dry and flaking so badly despite scrubbing and wearing lipbalm with spf all day - one night of wearing this and they were fixed.
Tips: Doesn't contain a sunscreen so be aware of that however its great for repairing sun-ravaged lips.
Another staple for makeup artists everywhere. I like the version in a little pot best. A cooling and soothing godsend for lips that have been doing too much kissing or that have sunburn or windburn. Feels nice and tingly and hydrates the lips when they need it most.
Got given this and was unsure if I even wanted it.. has an unusual smell and once applied it has a funny taste but then it kind of goes minty and is quite nice.. In terms of treating my lips its actually really good... if my lips are getting dry this will smooth them up quick! Will re-buy.
I got a pottle of this in a beauty box I subscribe to, and I just love it. I like the smell, kind of methol like, and the tingly feeling when you put it on, lets you know its there and doing its repairing job. I have it beside my bed now, and every night without fail ,I put it on as part of my bedtime routine. When I went away for a weekend and left it at home, I really noticed how dry my lips felt. I now have two pottles, one in my bag, and one by my bed, for the price it is an awesome product and i'm so glad that I was introduced to it.
Tips: Have a pot in the car, in your bag or in your desk, its so handy to pop on so your lips don't dry out.
I first came across this in the States when I couldn't find Blistex for the life of me. A friend who is from the UK had Carmex and offered me a spare tube. It's practically identical to Blistex, if not better. You get that cooling effect on your lips when you put it on and it lasts a lot longer too.
