Fudge products are known to be very effective and intense I was recommend this by a hairdresser when i first ever went blonde, it's pigment is a beautiful violet/purple, the smell isn't horrible and the consistency is thick. the only thing i would say i dont like about this product is that it left my hair extremely dry and feeling horrible, It did however take the yellow tones from the hair, definitely need to use an intense conditioner afterwards. Its not up there as one of my favorite shampoos.

Tips: Definitely use with a intense conditioning treatment, and wash down the shower walls after use, as it stains!
It’s good value for money, size wise, it definitely works with making blondes less brassy, I’m unsure if it’s just my super bleached hair but I found that it dried my hair out so bad, my hair feels even more dry after using this! The only reason I’m not a fan!
A few years ago , I thought it would be cool to get blonde highlights in my brunette hair... Not cool... it turned brassy ORANGE about 2 weeks later! I was suggested this and it was a pain to use! I was being super careful but it just got everywhere on the walls! Results were O...K.... but didn't last long enough for all the effort...
I brought this product as my usual product was on back order, This cost me around $20.. Great size for the price, I have really short hair an didn’t need much at all, I left it on for approx 10mins need remove some yellow tonnes but felt it really stained my hair ( in some places very purple) My hair felt very dry and straw like afterwards Don’t know if I would be gain to try it again ( maybe leave in for 5mins )
Tips: Make sure you have a good hair mask for afterwards
This was the first ever purple shampoo I used back in the high school days when my hair was bleached. It toned it decently sometimes but also if i kept it on for too long it would turn murky grey/purple, probably because my hair was so porous and damaged from the bleach lol. Since then I have tried better products but fast forward today I don't use any shampoo on my blonde hair as I love my warm tones. It was also incredibly drying and stripping on my hair from what I remember, So many other great purple shampoos in on the market!
My hair went purple... I had it on literally for about 30 seconds and washed it out. First time use made my hair purple! I was very upset gave to a friend and she made better use of this. I don't know why my hair went purple but it was horrible and so scary! Hope no one else has this problem with this shampoo. The reviews on this are all so good so I feel sad to down mark it so much but really didn't give me what I wanted.
This used to be my favourite shampoo for toning but for some reason the last two that I have purchased have not helped remove yellow tones. If anything it is making my hair dryer - not what used to happen.
Tips: Purchased their conditioner to see if that helped but it didnt.
i don’t recommend my hair was dry and felt very fragile after using this toning shampoo don’t waste your money there are better products out there for the same price !
Bought this to try because it seems to be quite popular. At first it was okay - the purple tones really well, but even after washing twice it left my hair slightly greasy at the roots. I decided to keep using it as I didn't want to waste it, but after a few weeks my scalp became more and more irritated so have had to stop. The product is very runny, so probably be better packaged in a bottle rather than a tube. Wouldn't use again
Whilst this really helps tone the yellow out, it also drys my hair really badly and makes it quite porous and hard to brush after using.
Tips: Once a week use reduces the damage as long as used with an oil based conditioner
