TRESemme Heat Tamer Spray

This is a great product I use quite frequently, I'm one of those people who looking for great products at affordable prices and this is one if them. At this price I can always have one on hand plus be trying something new as well but it's one I often go back too.

I used to straighten my hair on a daily basis, and so having a heat protectant spray was (and still it) really important to me.

Tresemme is an affordable brand, and readily available to thats why it was an easy choice for me and i picked it up from my local supermarket.

Firstly the packaging is prety good. It comes in a black plastic container, with a red spray dispenser.

I hear the spray smells similar to the tresemme shampoo and conditioner range, but since i haven't used that i can't compare it to that smell. However, i do have to say im not really a fan of the smell. It just doesn't do it for me.

Okay , the reason why this product grinds my gear is because it leaves a noticeable residue in my hair. It doesn't matter if i spray this 20 cm, 30 cm or even a far away as my arm can stretch away from my hair, the product leaves my hair feeling heavy. I think this could be because this bottle doesn't spray a fine mist, but quite a heavy spray, and i have a feeling that a could have gotten a faulty spray nozzle.

Another thing that i don't enjoy is the fact that the product residue seems to burn when i straighten my hair, and then my hair smells a bit ...burnt all day! I know it sounds wierd.

Anyway, for these reasons i wouldn't repurchase this item. But would love to hear any advice as to why this product does this to me?

This product I really rely on from saving my hair being burnt from hot irons,I use this spray when straightening my hair,I know being a Tresemme product I can rely on it to do what it is surprise to do,I spray on my hair as its being straightened,then put my hair thru the straightener,I can be sure it will protect my hair,I have tried other products but they do not act as good as this heat protected,u get a lot of spray for the price as its so affordable

I went out and purchased this after watching Lauren Curtis on YouTube always using it! I've had mine for quite a while now and it just seems to go and go!

I haven't really shopped around and used many others so I've just been sticking with this one since it seems to be doing the trick and it's not often I use heating tools in my hair anyway.

The main thing is it smells nice, has a nice packaging and is super affordable and I feel like it's doing what it says it does! It doesn't leave any residue in my hair and doesn't leave it sticky or harden it or anything nasty like that, so I'll be sticking with this one for a while I think!

This has been the only heat spray I have used. I saw shaaanxo use it ages ago and decided to buy it because of how much she recommended it.

When I used it on my hair it made it so nice and shiny after I curled or straightened my hair! It's so cheap and it works for me so I haven't really needed to try anything else. If at any time I do have some extra cash I'll probably try another one.

This product is good for the price, gives decent heat/styling protection and the scent is pleasant (just like most Tresemme products). The spritz nozzle (applicator) isn't the greatest, would prefer it more if it had a finer "mist" when applying

This is my second time purchasing this product. It comes with a handy spray that spritz' your hair and it has a really nice smell to it. It protects my hair really well and always leaves it nice and shiny. I like that it has a way to lock the spray part so little fingers can't use it and it's easy to lock for travel. I will buy this again as its really reasonable for a heat protectant

This product is a must have of mine, I am always using heat on my hair and it definitely gets damaged from it. Without this spray I think my hair would be an absolute mess! It is affordable, which I love because I am a student and don't have a lot of money. I find that this product definitely helps to keep my hair from getting that 'fried' effect, when I straighten it and it definitely helps keep the ends from getting so damaged.

The thing that caught my eye when buying this product is that it has a easy spray bottle and how big it is. It is really affordable and it lasts me along time. The formula I found helps to protect my hair even from the highest heat temperature styling tools. It smells really nice as well. Definitely will be purchasing this again. A great buy specially for the price.
