VO5 Heat Protect Styling Spray

I absolutely love this, being prone to crazy frizzy flyaways all around my face, this was the first product that actually tamed that without feeling like straw or heavy. Also, as I have coloured my hair, this works as a great protection against my daily blowdrying. This is a staple for me, well worth the small cost!

I loved this spray, it smelt pleasant and after using it to straighten my hair, I found my hair stayed straight and didn't frizz up as it usually does in humid weather. I was impressed by this product, and my hair smelt nice too, always a bonus. The packaging is pretty and I found that it was easy to spray and came out in a mist that made it easy to distribute evenly over my hair

I hadn't bought a heat protect spray in years (shamefully), but bought the VO5 shampoo and conditioner so decided to by the heat protect spray (and another smooth/shine spray) and have the whole set so to say.

I love the smell of this one and I love the bottle. The spray is easy to use and gives a good coverage on your hair. I found that my hair was somewhat less frizzy after using this before blowdrying and straightening so completely happy about that.

I notice I still get some damage to my hair from using straighteners, but for the price I am happy with the results. I am sure I have less damage than without using this product, but more importantly I am happy with it simply reducing the frizz in my hair when blowdrying/straightening.

I bought this after seeing reviews on here about this product, and am impressed. The spray works well from a distance and gives a fine mist. The product smells nice, and coats my hair nicely before styling, and I feel it gives a nice taming edge to it as well.

Shampoo and Conditioner are the obvious answers to hair care, but I think that also need good protection if you're styling your hair. VO5's Heat Protect Styling Spray is perfect if you're blow-drying or using heating tools lots. It protects the hair from the damaging heat, makes the hair dry faster and gave me a better end result. I really like this product, and it smells nice!

used in the weekend loved it(: usually supermarket brands leave my hair feeling sticky etc as im pretty use to indola, however needed something on the go so decided to purchase this, it left my hair feeling shiney and soft. was on special so very affordable also (:

I bought this as it was on special. I definitely noticed a difference the first time I used it. I have fine hair so its been great definitely recommend it

I by chance actually just bought this product yesterday as they didn't stock my regular brand. It was on special which always helps too! I've just used it for the first time and found it really lovely to use. It has a salon-type fragrance to it, and I did apply 4-5 sprays on my hair, and just dried it with a hairdryer. It's LESS frizzy than it normally is which is fantastic, feels nice and light and I'm not sure about shine but I didn't buy it for that. You can also lock the nozzle using a button on the side which would be great for travelling. It's also a handy size and fits comfortably in your hand. I'm really liking this product and it's worked really well. I have quite fine hair.

I was so excited to try this product on my thick coarse hair, straightening daily is essential to tame my locks so I really hoped this product would be good. I liked the look of the bottle, nice size and I thought the pump spray would be good. I know this sounds sad but I actually found the pump handle a bit awkward to use at first but it did get easier. I loved the smell of the product, it is light and fresh. My damp hair was easy to comb through after application however that is probably where the positives end. Once I started drying my hair, my hair started to feel sticky and claggy. My hair felt heavy after drying and had less shine than with my usual products. I persevered for the trial period but today used my usual products to make a comparison. I could see and feel a visible difference, sorry but I won't be continuing to use this spray. However I would still recommend it for others to try because as everyone's hair is different it may well work for others :-)

This is a great heat protectant available from the supermarket. I am also not a fan of the shampoos as they don't do anything to my hair and also prefer another supermarket brand but to my surprise i actually enjoyed this product. I found that this has a lovely scent. I have found that if i use this before heat styling my hair it feels smooth afterwards and looks healthy instead of looking dry and damaged. For me this stuff lasts a year as i only heat style my hair in the weekend.
