I struggled for years to find the right skin care as I have quite sensitive and oily skin. Started using simple 3 years ago and never looked back! I use this morning and night and have never had any issues. My skin is much more consistent and clearer now. My skin has never felt irritated by this product.

liquid gold for sensitive skin users
I love this product whole-heartedly. I have sensitive skin on my face and have found that many other cleansers like micellar water formulas with harsh fragrances burn my skin to an extent which hasn't been a pleasant experience throughout my years of trialling skincare products. the cleansing lotion is simplistic yet very effective. At first use, I thought the lotion cleanser wouldn't clean my face as intended but I was proven wrong when I used it and noticed my skin clearing up and glowing within 2 weeks of using it. I definitely recommend this product to people with sensitive and acne-prone skin.
Tips: make sure to wash your face with lukewarm water prior to applying the lotion with clean hands and massage into your face then wipe off with a cotton pad and double cleanse; the second time applying the lotion cleanser with the cotton pad and wiping the face. Do this both in the morning and night and ensue to moisturise after cleansing, especially if you have sensitive, acne-prone skin!

Love this cleanser!!
I really love this cleanser, it makes my skin feel so nice after washing my face with it and really moisturizing- hardly feel like I need a Moisturizer afterwards. Super gentle cleansing, but I do feel like I need a cleanser that's a bit "stronger" to get into my poor from time to time. But overall a great daily cleanser for those who need a gentle hydrating cleanser
Tips: Use an exfoliating cleanser with salicylic acid or something similar to get into your pores 2-3 times a week for super clear pores!

Great for sensitive skin
I use this product twice a day and I wouldn't use anything else. It's great for people with sensitive skin and there is no harsh perfumes in it.
Tips: Double cleanse at night time for a super clean.

Oil Slick
Thought I would try something new as my daily cleanser but unfortunately this product just didn’t agree with my skin. By midday all my makeup had slipped off my face and my face was like an oil slick.
Tips: Might be ok for dry, extra dry skin

Simple Kind to Skin Moisturising Facial Wash
In the past I used to love using this facial wash, especially in winter and whenever I lived in cooler climate areas. It was my trusty products for many years.
Unfortunately in recent years the formulation seemed to have changed. I don't like the texture/the way it glides on my face and it doesn't seem to clean as well as before.
I would repurchase it only if I'm really stuck and can't find other facial wash on sale.

No thanks
Started using this a few weeks ago, it doesn't feel like its cleaning my face its weird also I've found that with my oily skin my face feels oiler in my T zone and I've been getting really bad pimples which I don't usually get. I've also had dry patches around my cheeks that my foundation now sticks to. Definitely not the one for me.

Gentle Face Wash
I really like Simple products. They usually really suit my dry, sensitive skin well. This comes in a tube with a flip top lid. It doesn't let you squeeze out a huge amount which is great as I hate wasting product.
Consistency wise it is like a thick gel, I have a bit of trouble getting it to foam up. However it does do a great job at cleaning my face, it doesn't cause any irritation or stinging at all.
My face feels fresh and soft and it doesn't leave me with that horrible tight feeling. I quite like it but it definitely isn't my holy grail. I prefer using other products over this so while I do like it I don't think I will buy it again.

not for very oily and acne prone skin
this face wash lathers up from a gel to a gel and foam mixer kind of texture which i dont really like it ,maybe because i have very oily skin so i dont see this face wash cleaned my face at all ,if you do have very dry skin and like a face wash which leaves a residue on the face you probablly will like this .

This facial wash is the one I keep coming back to. It is moisturising, well priced, easily accessible and does what it says on the tin. My skin always feels lush after use and it does a great job at removing makeup. I often trick myself in to thinking something with a higher price will work better, but I just love and keep going back to this stuff! A little goes a long way, it foams nicely and gives a smooth finish to my face. It doesn’t have any acne benefits etc, but I keep this in the shower and use it daily. Doesn’t dry your skin out either. Love it!
Tips: I find this is fine to use to remove eye makeup and doesn’t sting the eyes at all. Also, this is not a deep cleaner - great for daily use but absolutely needs to be used as part of a routine including an exfoliant or similar.
