Garnier Pure Active 3 In 1 Cleansing Mask Review

Unfortunately this product did nothing for my skin! I believe it actually made my skin worse.

For starters the smell is very weird and a bit chemically. Didn't make it nice to use.

It was thick consistency which made the mask element easy to use. I did like that it's 3 in 1. I used it mostly as a wash. I wouldn't say the scrub was very effective.

Unfortunately I would not buy this product again as it didn't have many positives. Hey it could just be my skin that doesn't like it.

This was an absolute three in one. My skin looks cleaner and more refreshed. It's great as a wash, my skin feels refreshed after use and it does remove makeup. I dont mind the smell, it's not overwhelming. Its amazing as a mask, it makes my face feel soft and also has decreased pimples and blemishes. I found I had more pimples at the very start of use however but I think that's because it was giving my skin a huge clean and bought dirt forward. Overall this product is amazing. I found that main use I use it for is the scrub. Its good to have the option to use it three different ways as you only need the one product. My face overall looks cleaner, softer and clearer.

I was quite excited to try this product as my skin has been playing up a lot lately and I've been getting quite a few pimples and blackheads. The packaging is lovely, it really helps to show what the product is for and the squeezy tube is easy to use without getting too much or too little product.

It smells very refreshing, like eucalyptus, and has lots of little granules that help to exfoliate the skin in it. After a while of having it on my skin, it did tingle a bit, and I didn't enjoy this so chose not to use it as a mask at all. I did see an improvement in the texture and oil production of my skin, it did not get as oily as quickly. I also had less blackheads and pimples, and any that did appear went away faster after treatment with this product. Overall, I would purchase it again, it did everything it claimed!

Smells nice like cucumber citrus. This is a multiple use face product and I like it. Multiple use products can save you time and money. This is a scrub mask and face wash cleanser. It has little exfoliating granules made from pumice stone so it is good for the marine environment alot of scrubs are actually plastic granules. Additives in the product are Kaolin clay to fight acne deep clean and clear pores, and purify skin it also reduces skin from oils and sebum has a mattifying effect. There's jojoba oil listed for hydration and globulus leaf extract - like aloe Vera. The product has scientific evidence that you will see Improved skin. On my skin it had a softening effect, slightly firming at first seemed slightly drying but not overly. I didn't have much acne at the time so I cannot really comment specific to improvement there personally but I do know this has salicylic acid and Kaolin which will help reduce it. I would probably buy this product. I noticed a slight cooling sensation in the shower when I used it which is probably the eucalyptus in it. The cooling feeling is not strong though it's gentle so it's slightly invigorating with the cucumber citrus smell with it and exfoliating element and fresh yet still relaxing. I have tried the charcoal 3 in 1 product too and I prefer this one it seems less harsh. In contrast the charcoal one is like a dark grey colour with a different stronger scent and this one is white and seemingly more gentle. I recommend both products for oily blemish probe skin but this one too works in normal and combination skin too.

The tube is very full and when I squeezed some product out, I could tell it will go far.

The texture is creamy with the pumice grains adding roughness. The smell is nice and light.

The cleanser felt nice on my skin. I massaged it in and left it for a minute or so before washing it off. It has an almost minty/cool feeling but it’s not uncomfortable. I saw instant results and my pores looked a lot smaller. I had been having trouble with flaking skin that was getting oily throughout the day. This cleanser really helped get rid of that problem.

I really liked it and recommend it.

This product is fantastic!  I really enjoy the grainy texture of it, for me it just feels like it's really getting in there to deal with any impurities.  I have combination skin, and I feel like it's great for the oily parts, I am sure my skin is looking clearer, it certainly doesn't have any adverse effects.  In regard to the dry areas I've not seen any impact but that's not what the product is designed to deal with.  Using it every day, I didn't feel that it was too drying for my skin, though I'm only using it at night to clean my skin and an anti ageing product in the mornings so this may be a factor here.  It's great that it can do more than one thing for simple skin care, I enjoy being able to use it for a mask - the recommended time is 3 minutes and this seems simple to me, and handy to be able to use the same product.  It dries really quickly and is really easy to incorporate into your evening routine. I've enjoyed using Garnier for BB cream in the past but not for skin care so I'm pleased to have been able to find this product and look forward to continued use.

To start off, I have oily combination skin that gets oily around the t zone on my forehead and nose. My skin is also sensitive. I used this product in the three separate ways it states it can be used for: cleanser, scrub and mask. While these products were fien to use as the three separate functions I found that the results were the same and that the actual function to the three different ways ended up being the same. So to me this product is more of a versatile product that basically does all three functions when you use it. However I have only been using this product for a week so I will need to keep using it and testing the results. Especially how it performs as a mask and how my skin improved over time.

As a cleanser this product was great at cleaning my face and removing dirt and impurities. My skin felt soft afterwards and didn’t feel like it was dry or had any stripped away from it. It’s recommended to use this daily, however due to the sandy texture of the product I would recommend using less frequently especially if you have sensitive skin.

As a scrub I experienced similar results as the cleanser. My skin felt super soft after using it but also didn’t feel like it was overly dry. My skin felt refreshed. I will say that I think this product is too harsh to use as a scrub on a daily basis for my skin.

As a mask, again I experienced similar results to the cleanser and scrub. This mask doesn’t dry like a normal clay mask. And I didn’t feel like my skin was any different after washing it off compared to the results from the cleanser and scrub.

The texture of this product is quite thick and it has a gritty sandy like texture which is where the scrub part comes in. It comes in a squeezy bottle which is easy to use and decant the desired amount of product out.

Overall I thought this product was great. However I don’t recommend using this product daily especially if you have sensitive skin.

I used to love this as a teen! Not so much these days.It's a little to harsh for me now. I used as a cleanser at night, my skin felt tingly/cool especially around my mouth, it makes the skin feel tight and dry after using too much so maybe ok just a couple of times a week. I think the scrubby bits in it are too small for me I like a good chunky scrub. I think this is more for for youth skin.
