After using this regularly I have found my hair feels and looks more full which is a bonus as I have fine hair. It’s easy to apply, lightweight on your hair and smells amazing. Definitely would buy again and keep using every few days as my hair looks a lot healthier after using this product and is a bit more manageable

Reviews
I was pleased to be able to review this product on my colour treated hair, some products do not work well in this type of hair. The packaging was limited to the container itself. The colour bright purple container and red/black lettering. It was very noticeable when on the shelves as the supermarket or farmers shelving. I found it easy to use, the spray application gives out a good measure of spray to cover an area. I found I used 4-6 sprays to cover my shoulder length hair for a good overall cover. The fragrance is similar to the shampoo and conditioner I trialled as well, it’s a floral scent but not overpowering. After spraying and shaping my hair, it was easy to use for shaping or styling which made it quick and easy to use. My hair did not feel caked in product or limp or dull due to its use. The styling lasted all day, which was great to brush out the next day and reapply the serum. I looked around shops for different prices ranging from $20-$25. This I found to be very cost effective for the 150ml container. I tried to use it on dry and wet hair to see the results. Wet hair produced a great result as the hair seemed to set in shape better for the day. If on the run, the dry hair spray method works on the short term. Neither left much residue, there was a slight oily feeling if spraying to much onto dry hair. It washed out easily leaving my hair soft, which gives me the impression that it did hydrate my hair. The 2% hyaluronic acid I found holds more water than it’s weight so that’s why it’s a great hydrate for your hair. I would recommend this to anyone who doesn’t like products that cake your hair, make them stiff and lifeless. This spray works well with my hair.
Tips: Use on wet hair for better results Great for colour treated hair, adds moisture and soften the length and tips of your hair. Use daily or every second day for use.
I'll start with the positives - the bottle looks good and it sounds like a great product.
However, it took ages to get it to actually spray. When it finally did, it came out in quite direct sharp sprays, not the mist I was hoping for sonic felt like the product was only going on certain bits of my hair so a lot of brushing was needed.
It doesn't really have a smell, but it did feel a bit sticky on my hair even before drying. I used it for a few washes in a row on wet hair and while it may have added a small amount of volume, it certainly sus add moisture - it did the opposite and left my hair looking more dry and brittle than ever!
So I tried on dry hair and it did nothing.
Maybe it just doesn't suit my hair but I definitely won't be buying it any time soon.
I had already used the shampoo and conditioner that make up part of the L'Oreal Hyaluronic family so was keen to try the Plump serum. It certainly didn't disappoint. I used it after shampoo and conditioning, just a few quick squirts and a comb through. After drying, my hair was noticeably fuller and had that silky feel to it. The serum has a delicate scent that wont fight with your perfume. Being a retired person, I probably wont use this product every day so it will probably last a long time. One spray seems to cover a lot and for less than $20 shouldn't break the bank. The only issue I have with this product is the size of the writing on the package. Keep a magnifying glass handy if you feel you need instuctions.
Tips: Make sure the spray nozzle is not too close to your hair otherwise you'll get a squirt and not a spray.
I'm not a huge consumer of after-wash hair products as have found them all to be heavy, leaving my hair looking unwashed. Gave this product a try based on how much I love the shampoo and conditioner from the same range. The product itself is more like a liquid than a serum. I used it prior to drying my hair. Hair felt soft but I think that's more down to the shampoo and conditioner. It seemed more difficult to style as it didn't feel 100% washed and clean after using the serum.
Tips: My hair is thick, frizzy and I have a lot of it. This serum may suit other hair types better. I'll be interested to see the reviews from other NZ users. Maybe it's the high humidity in NZ that affects our results on products like this? I'd be interested to know!
This product has been really great for my dry, damaged and brittle hair holds the moisture in smells amazing in a convenient spray bottle, love the packaging and that it’s in a 100% recyclable bottle would recommend for dry, brittle , dehydrated hair , leaves your hair so soft
Tips: I used on dry hair in the morning and comb it through and it keep my hair soft and smelling great for hours
I was a bit dubious when I received this product to trial. I have dry hair but I usually find any moisturising or conditioning product is easy to overdo and I'm left with lank greasy hair that needs a wash ASAP. I was especially concerned by the fact the instructions say to use the product every day. (I only wash my hair about once a week, so I was sure I'd be a greasy mess within a few days)
However, I was pleasantly surprised. Usually by the time my fine, fluffy lengths have got enough oils to look glossy and smooth the top is dirty and needs a wash (story of my life: if my hair looks good, it's because it's needing a wash!). However, applying this spray to the lengths of my hair helped to condition without creating an oily look. I managed to achieve tame, smooth lengths days before the top was due for a wash. Whoop whoop!
I also love how easy it was to apply. It's a spray bottle, so no greasy hands and uneven application. I just sprayed it a few times (about 4 - 5 spritzes each morning) and walked away. If I was a bit more dedicated to my hair I probably would have combed it in or something, but I didn't bother and I had no adverse effects. Laziness for the win!
Due to the fact that this product is light enough to use every day I suspect it's not going to be enough if your hair needs heavy-duty help, such as immediately after dying it. But if you just have naturally dry hair or you bleach every few months like I do, this is an easy product to add to your routine.
Tips: Use it every day to reap the cumulative benefits.
I really really wanted to like this. I used it a couple of ways and it was the same result.
I freshly washed my hair and used no other products and popped this in damp and blow dried it like I normally do. It left my hair quite stringy and as if the product hadn't asorbed properly. No matter into a bun it went!
I then used it on dry hair to smooth some frizz and I mean a very very small amount. It left my hair looking rather greasy despite it being a day two of a wash day.
It's likely my very fine hair isn't suited to this and perhaps someone with thicker locks may enjoy this. I will say it smells lovely and has a subtle fragrance which I feel didn't overlap with anything else I wore.
The claims that this product makes sounds good rehydrate hair and no build up, however im not sure if I can see much or any difference in my hair. It does feel thicker when I use it but not in the best way more in a way that makes me feel like it's dirty like you have too much product in your hair especially when using on dry hair and this product claimed it has no build up. When I've used it on wet hair again not quite sure what it's doing doesn't feel or look bad I just don't see where this product would fit in my specific hair routine especially because I have used this product regularly over past couple weeks and my hair is still pretty dry. I definitely do have the hair type that this product is for, very dry bleached damaged hair but this one is not my favorite. I have to give it to Loreal though the smell is devine they know how to sell a good scent in their products. I like that it's in a spray bottle love the colour the sprayer could be a little better for more of an even distribution of product. I just don't know if it does enough to make me want to repurchase it I will finish the bottle to see if eventually it does help with hydration but as for now I just dont see it on my hair.
Tips: Works nicer on wet hair than dry
Everyone these days who uses any hot tools needs a good after hair Serum spray.. so again was so lucky to try this hair range, and you always know L'Oreal always does everything really well.
Packaging is bright but they like bright, has a light scent i thought. it defiantly makes your hair soft, i didn't notice to much plump but it might be working behind the scenes that we cant see straight away.
again L'Oreal have made a good reasonable hair product that is well worth using after you washed and dried your hair, you hair will be soft and plump for sure.
Tips: Pair with the shampoo and Conditioner and your hair will look amaze balls and so soft. thanks again L'Oreal.
Thanks again for choosing me to trial these amazing products
