I get really bad endometrial during my period so these are a godsend when pain relief just isn't cutting it. They heat up pretty quickly and the heat lasts for at least 5 hours when I have worn them all day. It can feel a little awkward having one of these strapped to your tummy though haha.

Tips: Wear loose fitting clothing around your stomach, like a swingy dress as these can make you look really bloated as they are quite thick.
I found these quiet weird. They don't feel warm at first but gradually heat up. I also found the sticky stuff was too sticky and hurts when being removed. I also tried using them as a heat pack for my back during labour but didn't find they made much difference :(
Tips: Don't use on areas with lots of hair as the sticky stuff is really sticky and hurts when removing.
Although at home I would much rather a hot water bottle or wheat bag, I found this amazing for when I get bad cramps at school. They stay in place for hours and stay warm for ages, although I found they take a while to actually warm up. I don't know where I would be without these on school days (or just not at home in general) when I get cramps.
I bought a pack of these once and used them on my way to work and when i was at work. They are a fantastic idea, but i found the heat didn't last very long. I wold prefer to spend my money on a wheat bag and heat that up and reuse.
I had heard a lot about similar products in the past, and as soon as I saw these advertised in a group I'm a member of I knew I had to try them. At $3.99 for 2 they are a really reasonable price. The only thing that has really disappointed me is that they don't get hot enough for my liking.
Tips: Make sure you stretch it out as much as you can before applying. You can't reposition once applied, and if you don't put them on right they can be a wee bit annoying.
Good for lower back pain and really warm and comforting in winter, but I feel like I've seen similar products in the past for cheaper. I hate that it looks like your sanitary pad has ridden up your back I think they should change the fabric.
Tips: If you can use a heat pack it's a lot cheaper
This is the type of product that you expect to stop all cramping and stuff, but it doesn't. They don't get as warm as you'd expect and go cold after a short amount of time. I'd turn to a hot water bottle or wheat bag over this, purely because of the price and its not as effective as its made out to be.
Tips: Use extra tape so they stay in place
I had such high hopes for this product as it such a cool concept. I mean who doesn't love the idea of on the go cramp help. But the heat was barely noticeable on me and did not last anywhere as long as I thought that it would. I would say give it a go for anyone who does experience period cramps or any cramps for that matter as from the ladies I have spoken to it is a real individual thing - works on some and not on others. If in doubt, grab a hot water bottle :)
I was sent a sample of these a while back and didn't know what to expect when using them, this was the first time I had tried it and I was kind of disappointed. There wasn't much heat from these heat packs and they didn't stick very well. I could barely feel the heat and had to continuously keep re position it because the sticky part wore off so quickly. I personally wouldn't buy these for myself but if gifted then I'd probably use them again, the concept of this idea was great but the product itself was not so great.
I expected more heat, but having it in place did give some comfort and I was able to be at work enjoying some warmth. It's not as if I could be clutching a hot water bottle!
Tips: I used some extra medical tape to hold it in place after I re fastened it.
