Schick Intuition Renewing Moisture Razor Review

I didn't enjoy this. If you dropped it in the shower the shaving cream would break off. And I didn't think it achieved a close shave.

I really enjoyed using this! I don't see it around much anymore in stores! but it's so ideal a little pricy though compared to the normal shavers. But it makes it really easy to shave because the moisturiser makes it easy to slide on the skin, and it lasts really long! It does what it is supposed to!

I saw this shaver recommended in a group from a lady who has sensitive legs from shaving. So thought I better give it a go since I am the exact same! Boy was I disappointed. I have always been a schick shaver girl but this one was a no from me. I just got the normal not pomegranate. First off it’s WAY to big! I found it hard to get a clean shave. It came with 2 shaving heads and both lasted maybe a week with the amount I shave. It’s a waste really how much I changed them. I’ve just gone back to my old schick shaver and gel instead and chucked this out!

I have spent a lot on shaving products in the past years.. moving from wet shave to dry shave... and from one razor to another. After having decided to try out Schick’s intuition razor, there’s no way i’m going to try another razor.

I love the idea how the razor have these removeable and refillable cartridge heads. These cartridge heads not only contains the 4 blades for a good shave.. but also a block of pomegranate-infused moisturising solid around it, which gently lathers and moisturises while shaving.. and it’s interchangable with other formulated blocks.. so you wont get bored with just one scent.

I really enjoyed this pomegranate-infused block. The scent is so beautiful that it just lifts your mood, and it’s really moisturising.. My skin feels nice and smooth during and after shaving.. so i don’t tend to use any body lotion afterwards. The thick moisturising solid helps to prevent accidental cuts and nicks, which is one thing i love about this product.

However.. i do usually get the problem of running out of the moisturising solid before the razor goes blunt... when this happens you’ll either have to decide whether you want to change cartridge or just use a shaving gel/foam with it.

Sadly.. the refill packs are not cheap... but It does come in a set of three cartridges.. and one cartridge does last a long time... Plus there’s no need to spend loads of money and extra space on shaving foams anymore. So despite the cost of the refills, I will keep using it for sure.

This is the ultimate travel companion for ladies. You don't have to take shaving foams/creams or gels. Just this razor by it's lonesome will do all the work.

I have had this razor for more than 5 years now and even though I have tried other razors over the years, I find myself going back to this razor again and again. And now, I finally have given up on others and have settled down with this. =)

My main issues with shaving is that sometimes I get razor burns and then in grown hair. Another thing is I can't seem to shave my legs without cutting myself in the knees or ankles (bony areas are tricky). With this razor I don't have these issues anymore. Maybe you will struggle at first due to its bulky head size. But as time goes you will become a pro at handling this razor and will get the perfect shave everytime. And the thick girth of the rubber handle makes it easy to hold.

The razor heads comes in 3 pack sets and I have used atleast 2-3 different soapy types. One head usually lasts about 3-4 months for me since I only shave legs and underarms with this. And over the years I must have gone though atleast 12-15 heads. Only con I have to mention is that the soapy head seems to finish before the razor is even remotely dull. So by the end of razor head's lifetime I use a shaving gel with it.

This comes with its own suction cup holder that can be attached to the shower which is very convenient.

I bought this razor because it was cheaper at the supermarket, and it's marketed as not needing shaving cream.

It is a nice razor, the pomegranate scent is pleasant, and you just glide and go. I do find that the bottom part of the conditioner is used far faster than the top part (it is thicker) so I try to use the top as a base before I shave. When the bottom part is used up, the razor often isn't blunt, but the plastic part that holds the cartridge on isn't pleasant to drag over your skin. I end up using soap while waiting for the top part to run out. The conditioner does feel lovely and smooth on your skin though.

The cartridges are really easy to change and a refill of three are comparable to the cost for a new razor with only one cartridge.

I do find because the razor is so bulky, it is easy to hold, but water tends to get inside it. Easy to empty it out, but does make it susceptible to mould if you don't look after it.

Overall, I like the close shave it gives, and I like that I don't have to mess around with cream. I will keep buying this razor.

I love schick razors because they always give a nice clean cut. This razor is no different. It gives you a smooth finish and you are less likely to cut yourself. The moisturising soap block that it attached to the top of the razor gives your skin extra hydration and acts as a lubricating soap. The razor itself

However I do find that the skin conditioning soap runs out before the razor goes blunt. So you end up still using the razor even though there's not much soap left.

It's says you don't need to use shaving cream or soap as the conditioning moisture attached to the front of the razor does this for you. However I do use soap as well as I find that it gives you a smoother finish and allows the conditioner solid soap to lather up more.

I also says that the shape is specifically designed to match the curves of a woman's body. I'm not quite sure about this, but it does seem to glide smoothly over your skin and around areas like your knee. The head of the razor does pivot as well, so you can change the angle up or down when you are shaving. It doesn't rotate or move side to side though.

The only other thing about this razor I don't like is the size. It's a bit bulky to hold. I guess it does have to be big because of the conditioning soap block that is attached.

Overall this is a really good razor and I have repurchased it several times (bought the refill). I would definitely recommend it.

I bought when I am away because I did forget my razor at home. I picked this razor because it's come with soap around blades. So easy to use just wet your skin that it. After use I didn't feel irritated and burned skin some of razor do when I use them.

After use my legs feel so nice even no more dry and flaky skin which good. Definitely recommend for smooth legs.

I bought this when it was on special and have stuck with it. I will occasionally try a different kind but always end up back with this one. I have been using this for over a year and have yet to cut myself which is fantastic (I was terrible for nicking the inside of my knee) I love that it comes with the soap and I tend to carry on using it well after it has dissolved, I just use what ever soap I have floating around the bathroom. I like that it lasts so long because I find it to be really expensive so I only buy it when it is on special
