J'Adore is a very easy to wear, non-offensive, fragrance. It is very clean smelling and almost soapy at times.
It is a classic floral scent. There are fruit notes listed though I cannot personally detect any distinct notes. It is essentially a combination of many different flowers with no one type of flower dominating over others
The scent is in a similar vein to Givenchy's Amariage in that they both have a very expensive soap smelling quality to them
J' Adore can be described as classic, 'typical perfume'. There is nothing that really separates this from many other 90's perfumes (other than being easy to wear,as noted above)
In terms of the bottle, it is luxurious looking with the gold tone. It is very distinct and I can't think of any other perfume that has the same shape.
The lasting power is decent staying on clothes for approx 6 hours. The silliage is moderate
This is a very popular fragrance as it is a good oldfashioned golden floral with more modern fruity notes, a bit bland for my tastes but it does smell nice on some people. I find it to be in similar style to Elizabeth Arden's 5th avenue and Avon's rare gold.
