Maybelline Volume Express Mascara - Falsies Flared

I always choose a waterproof mascara but I'm never sure if its going to go on easy. What a surprise with this one. The slightly curved brush assists in those areas close to the corner of your eyes and captures those smaller lashes you tend to miss or cover your nose with a smudge of mascara. The brush makes it simpler to get every lash without making your lashes look gluggy. A great even lashing!

I have to admit that I loved what the product did for my eyelashes and it stayed on until the next day... but it had this horrible smell that anytime I was in the wind I could smell my eyelashes, I started to get paranoid that other people could as well. Great product, may have just been a faulty one.

Ahh old reliable "Falsies" Ive probably gone through about 2-3 of these, im unsure if it was the product itself I was drawn to or the fact that my mother is a chronic mascara hoarder and had about 10 of these brand new in the bathroom at all times, however I have very little negative to say about this product. The curved wand deposits a suitable amount of product on the lashes and separates them nicely whilst adding a decent amount of volume. I necessarily say it gives the effects of false eyelashes like the name implies, but it does a pretty darn good job considering the price. It does however tend to dry out faster than other mascaras I've tried, maybe why I went through quite a few bottles. None the less it is a great mascara at a great price. Would recommend :)

I am constantly searching for the perfect mascara, I have tried cheap ones and expensive ones but this is THE BEST one that I keep returning to.

The wand helps to coat lashes pretty evenly and it really does give them that 'false eyelash' look. It doesn't irritate the eyes and I find its a really great buildable mascara so the more you apply the bigger your lashes get with no clumps. I hope they never discontinue this mascara!

The long curved brush is excellent at finding and coating every single one of your lashes - I find the brush a little "gappy" though, doesn't thicken as much as colossal does though so it's not my favourite, it still does have its place in my makeup bag though.

This mascara is amazing. Doesn't clump or irritate my eyes (I'm a soft contact lens wearer). It's different from just plain Volume Express in that it extends and seems to thicken your eyelashes a lot more, which I love for a dramatic look. For everyday, you may prefer a less dramatic mascara. What is super awesome about this product is that it seemed to lift my eyelashes up a bit more too. Teensy bit of flaking in the evening after a day of wear, but not as bad as some other mascaras in the same price range. The flexible wand also helps to access those small eyelashes at the end for a full look. Thanks, Maybelline!

This product does exactly as it says it does. My eyelashes never look that great so I found this Mascara really helped in lifting the lashes and making them look fuller and thicker. It applied nicely and evenly without thick clumps. It makes my eyelashes look so much longer, very happy with the result! I've found in the past some mascaras annoy my eyes and they become itchy and sensitive but had no problems with this one!

I use this as my every day mascara and it works quite well especially when it's new. It's really good for thick black lashes. The only issue I find with it is it doesn't last long, like it starts to get clumpy after about a month.

Had eyelash extensions done which were amazing but as they fell out so did my real eyelashes 3 weeks down the line and I thought no hope...was using a clinique mascara that didn do anything however when I tried this mascara for the first time on Saturday WOW!! my eyes came alive again my short eyelashes looked long and full, amazing results! have used it every day since it really opened up my eyes. The flexible wand is probably a little bit too flexible for me but the actual brush itself is amazing! $27.95 hmmm I wouldn't pay that for it perhaps$20 maximum only because of the bendy wand, it just wasn't sturdy enough for me! However I will most definitely recommend it to my friends. Good work Maybelline.
