Dove Damage Therapy Intensive Repair Shampoo & Conditioner

My sister recommended this product so I purchased and tried it. I have dry, fizzy, color damaged hair so I really needed an intensive treating shampoo and conditioner. I had high hopes for this products since my sister raved about it but I had the opposite reaction to it. I mean its not all bad, liked the consistency of the shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo really lathers well and a little goes a long way, it smelled really clean. The conditioner didn't have that thick consistency that some conditioners have. However my hair felt heavy looked limp and lifeless and my roots felt really greasy upon continuous use of this. I think the product really builds up in your hair. I had to discontinue use because my hair felt unclean.

well i used to use this as my hair has been damaged from all the dying and straightening I've done over the years. the smell was a nice scent but i remember that it made my hair feel heavy after washing it and it did not seem to stop my hair from breakages witch happened a lot. i was also hoping it would help with my split ends but no it didn't so yea i wont be going back to this product anytime soon !

dove is amazing , my boyfriend was actually the one to introduce me to it . its moisturizing , smells great and its affordable

I don't know why I keep purchasing "intensive repair" "split end repair" shampoos and conditioners, do they really work?

I haven't come across one yet that I really love and this one wasn't any exception.

Unfortunately this product made my hair feel quite dull and dry, wasn't as bad as some products i've tried but wasn't the best.

Plain and simple packaging which is nice but wouldn't purchase this again.

Decided to try using dove after seeing my sister in law using it. I have dry damaged ends. I've been looking for a good shampoo and conditioner for some time now. Dove shampoo and conditioner has a lovely mild fragrance. Its easy to get out of the bottle. Its a liquid texture. Is not badly priced. I got mine on special for about five dollars a bottle. Would be cooler if the bottle was a bit bigger to get more washes for your money.My hair feels softer. No improvement on the dry split ends . Was easy to lather on to my hair. Has lasted me about 3 to four weeks. That's washing hair every other day.

This is the best shampoo and conditioner ever! Having hair almost down to my hips it is absolutely awesome, definitely feels like a treat when i put it in my hair. works great with the Dove Intensive Repair Treatment Mask. Makes my hair feel clean, mosturised and lots of volume not too mention smelling like heaven! Pity it is quite expensive compared to other supermarket hair shampoo and conditioner but is definitely high quality and worth the price!

I tried this shampoo and conditioner after a friend told me about it.Even though we do have very different types of hair, I still thought i'd give it a try. My hair is bleached so it is quite dry but because it states it's a 'Damage Therapy Intensive Repair shampoo and conditioner' I thought it would be perfect for my hair. After the first wash it left my hair quite dry. I thought with the next wash i will try not to rinse the conditioner out too much, but it was still dry after drying it. Maybe if i used it for a bit longer it would've changed but i didn't enjoy this product on my hair at all. It did however worked for my friend who doesn't have bleached hair like me.

This is one of 3 sets of shampoo and conditioner that I seem to rotate through, i'm not particularly attached to any but this is definitely one of my favorites. They are thick and moisturising and leave my hair feeling lovely and soft. My hair is quite dry and can be frizzy if I don't take care of it. The scent is nice, not too strong but pleasant. I am sure I will continue to use these products.

I really like these two in combination. They make my hair soft and shiny. I had issues with dry and damaged hair and after using these products my hair was looking, and feeling, much nicer and healthier :)

Shiny, healthy hair is what this dove shampoo and conditioner gives you. It nourishes your hair without weighing it down and is great value for money. My favourite shampoo.
