BH Cosmetics It's Judy Time Eyeshadow Palette Review

I was extremely lucky to be given this as a RAOK from a fellow BR member after I had commented on how pretty it looked.....truly blessed!!

This is the first BH Cosmetics palette that I have owned and it’s such a powerhouse! Considering it’s available at drugstore prices it’s amazing. This palette comes in a pretty slick black design with the logo embossed in gold, open to find a large wide mirror and 12 gorgeous colours.

Formula of the shadows are rich, and quite pigmented with a couple of satin, and couple shimmers and a couple matte finishes its great at making a day time look to go to work, but pop on a little of the shimmer afterwards and your ready for the night. Without the use of a primer the eye shadows don’t move around or fade throughout the day so it’s ideal for days that turn into weekends. I’m a fan of Smokey eye looks and with the pale nude tones mixed with the richer blues you get this wonderful basic everyday look that I have worked into my daily look as the blend brings the grey in my eyes to the forefront and I love when they come of steely, especially for work when I want to be taken seriously!

Loading onto a brush (which the palette doesn’t come with, no any applicator which is fine in my books as the normally end up in the bin) is easy and not much of the powder sheds off onto your skin, it stays put until your want it on your lids and easily smudges and blends to get the look you want. I’ve also worn just the brown shimmer over my lids for a no make up weekend fresh look. Very versatile, affordable and luxury quality, there is no fault to the palette other than it makes me want to by all that BH has to offer now.

Judy did a fantastic job designing this palette I am more than happy with the quality, colours and uses! I absolutely adore some of the shades in this! I am so loving the price too! Good job Judy and BH Cosmetics! Can't complain! Has super cute packaging and very versatile!

I was lucky enough to receive this palette from my sister just before Xmas, and waited to try it for Xmas Day! The pigmentation of it is wonderful, and not to mention how attractive the palette is on appearance. I'm in love with it! I was receiving compliments from family on how wonderful my eyes looked, and it felt even better knowing the color stayed on my eyes for a good amount of time! I love the design of the palette, and I am in more love with the colours! All the colours are colours I will be using without a doubt!

I love the whole concept, I love that its a neutral palette but it has the 3 options for a pop of colour and they are tones that would suit most eye colours!

The matte browns are perfect crease/transition colours and the cream highlight is perfect! Because it isn't super bright!

All of the shadows are very pigmented and long lasting on the eyes, the only thing I will say is some of the shimmer colours come off a bit different from when you swatch them to when you apply them to your lids but they are still beautiful!

This palette is super affordable! And you can create some great looks using it! I love doing a neutral eye look with a pop of purple under the bottom lash line!

The It's Judy Time Palette is a gorgeous mix of warm browns, darks and jewel tones.

The best part of this is the great and well thought out mix of shimmers, glitters and mattes which are vital to the versatility of a palette - which is evident in the itsjudytime palette as any look - natural, daytime or glam can be made from these twelve shades.

They eyeshadows themselves are well pigmented with little fallout. I do find with the jewel tones and shimmers that I have to dip my brush in a few times to get an excellent colour payoff but over an eyeshadow base or eye primer this isn't an issue. The mattes are wonderfully dreamy, two of the matte shades are perfect transition colours.

I personally don't tend to go for the blues in this palette. However they are gorgeous and I've found that they are excellent as a bottom liner for a pop of colour.

Judy did an amazing job on this pallete. I love all the colours, how pigmented the colours are and the payoff. Easy for day or night look.
