I think every NZ girl/woman has dabbled in Thin Lizzy at some point in their life! I use this as a bronzer and eyeshadow, rather than put it all over my face. It definitely has some colour and some staying power. It's pretty helpful to get your skin tone matched by the professionals (Farmers often has Thin Lizzy people there to help you) as it can look a bit wild if you go a shade darker than you should!

Tips: Get your own brush - the bristles of the one that comes with the compact are too prickly for me!
I did enjoy using this product, however, I have regular break outs and I found that it didn't cover my blemishes as well as other products on the market. It had the added bonus of not feeling like it blocked pores but my main concern is coverage. I did love the eyeliner and the brush was easy to use.
Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE thin lizzy! Did everything it promised to - covers my freckles, evens my skin tones and lasts all day. The SPF is a bonus!
Tips: Wait until your moisturizer dries first before applying :)
Not suitable for all skin tones. I guess if your tanned it might be better but even with the lighter shade I just looked orange and blotchy. The make up brush was lovely though. I must admit that my mother has used it and it does look nice on her.
Tips: Buy something else.
While I liked thin lizzy I didnt like its claims that it could be used as an eyeshadow and lip colour.
I really enjoyed the brush that comes with it and the eye pencils. I used thin lizzy as a contour(despite its shimmery-ness) and a blush and while it wasnt easily blendable with a little patience it turned out quite nice. With a light hand it can be quite buildable
I wasnt not overly fond of this product, mainly because it can get plotchey fast specially if you use it as a blusher.
This brand has become a household name for the last 20 Years. Its almost iconic as its creator Suzanne Paul. You all know the saying "Thousands of luminous-spheres", that illuminate your skin for that sun kissed glow. This product is convenient to take with you any where. I love to use the dark 6 in 1 for a more intense bronzed up look , this is a fantastic contour as its super blendable and easy to build up the intensity you prefer. I use the light 6 in 1 as more of a natural daytime bronzer, for a beautiful flush of colour all over the face just to warm up my complexion and give a bit if definition to the face. I love using both colours as transition colours through the crease with my eye shadows. I also love using the dark 6 in 1 as an all over body bronzer. If you haven't tried Thin Lizzy, its great value for money and you always get free gifts when you purchase which is great bonus.
No matter what the Ads try and tell you this is not for the whole face, it does not replace eyeshadow (unless you like sunburn orange eye sockets), it will turn your cheeks orange and dont even think about using it as a lipgloss... it is terribly sparkly and its only real use is for contour/bronzing and for medium to dark skintones at that. Even the slightest swipe of the light looks dirty muddy and orange on me and did I mention the sparkles?
Tips: Worth purchasing for the brushes alone as they are great quality contour brushes the gloss/pencils that come with this are just horrible quality.
This is my #1 worst product of all time. If you love being several shades of orange, with no coverage then this product is for you. Simply no no no no.
Tips: If you are pale do not use this product.
I first tried this when I began to use make up. I really didn't like it all over my face as it left me with a muddy orange face. But i really enjoy using it in my daily eye shadow look as it compliments my light blue eyes.
