e.l.f Undereye Setting Powder Review

I saw this and quickly bought it due to rave recommendations. It is definitely silky and very lightweight. Almost so light weight you wouldn't notice anything at all. Which I guess is a good thing. I use it on top of concealer and it def. helps keep it from budging. A very fine powder that doesn't change the colour of your face. It's a pretty awesome price so can't complain.

This feels heaps like ELFs HD Setting powder. This is a super finely milled powder that has a similar texture to cornflour. It is really silky.

It wasn't until I received this from the elf website that I realised this has micro glitters in it. At first I was hesitant to use this as I can't stand anything glittery on my eyes, but the sparkles don't really translate onto your face.

I haven't used this by itself (I was actually unaware you could use it alone), but I use this to set my under eye concealer. This does a great job of setting your concealer and it makes sure that your concealer doesn't budge throughout the day.

I'm not too sure if this helps brighten your under eye area, but I do love this as an under eye setting powder. This lasts a long, long time as you really only need a small amount. Like their HD Setting powder, this has a white cast so if you use too much you're going to look a little pale. If you use a small amount then this comes across as translucent.

If I ever run out of this I will absolutely purchase it again. It's a great product for a super affordable price.

This product is raved about on Youtube and I was disapointed with it after using it for a week.

Didnt notice any camoflaging of fine lines, didnt think it difused the light more than any standard translucent powder,

Also, whats with the tiny brush?? I really dont see how its even relevant to the product, so small and useless.

i use daily, i was a little hesitant when i saw the glitter in it however you cant see when it goes on your face

the brush however sucks and im unsure as to how to get it out of the container through the little holes but would def buy again

i think it works for my lines and also brilliant as a top powder

I bought this product due to Shannon Harris aka. Shaaanxo of YouTube using this on top of her concealer and her swearing that this product is amazing. I got mine off iherb.com when I was buying a huge haul. I don't use the brush that comes with it as it think it is useless and instead apply it with the Real Techniques Setting brush. I was suprised when I got it as it has tiny glitters in it and automatically assumed that the wrong product was in the container but suprisingly the glitters don't really show up under your eyes and also helps to highlight in that area. I was also disappointed when I first got it due to the product being quite small as I thought it was bigger but a little of this product goes a long way.

Like some have mentioned, i purchased this after the Hype Shaaanxo had put on it. Purchased it through BeautyJoint and was excited that i could finally see what the hype was about. First, what i dont like - the brush it comes with, its pointless. 2nd - its to small and i make a mess trying to get product out. Now for the good points - its got shimmer to it, which i didnt realise till i got it all over my hands, it sets my under eye concealer perfectly and highlights just right, not too much that there is more emphasis on my black eyes and wrinkles, but enough to give a pretty glow. It makes my concealer last alot longer than it usually would and again, its sooooo afordable.

Im not 100% sure if i love this product, i got mine of iherb and it was so raved about that its great and i found it to be just semi okay, the brush is USELESS cant even apply anything with it so i ended up throwing the brush away. The setting powder it self has a shimmer to it which im not a fan of in setting powders i like the matte look and then shimmer in my blushes. Tbh dont really see what all the fuss was about. I like it but just dont love it.

This powder does an excellent job of setting my undereye concealer and gives a great, smooth finish. However it does have some rather large glitters which I do not like as it does look slightly like eyeshadow fallout. Also the container is not the best as the powder does tend to go everywhere and make a mess and I feel like I am loosing product. I do like this setting powder but I do think there a probably better ones. However, for the price it is a very good option.

I love using this powder over the top of my under eye concealer, it sets it perfectly and prevents any creasing throughout the day which is something I struggle to find in a product. It has a slight shimmer in it which I don't seem to have a problem with. Great product and super affordable. Cannot go wrong

Many people had raved about this product and said how amazing it was. When I tried it, I didn't really like the result.

The only positive I can find with this product is that it did stop smudging in the corners of my eye of make up during the day. Unfortunately for me, it did settle in the fine lines under my eye and made them a lot more prominent.

I used the real techniques setting brush to apply it. Perhaps this is why I got the creased under eye look. I might give it another go when I get my next lot of make up brushes, but at the moment it's just sitting in my bathroom cupboard with a lot of other used once make up products :o(
