I have been using this for the past 10 years as my day time moisturizer. With my days spent outside in the garden, the beach or the park with the kids it provides a great sunblock for the NZ sun.
It's non oily so it's a great base for foundation.
I can highly recommend this product.
Tips: This is not waterproof so I would recommend that you reapply after swimming.
I used to use the green Aveeno body moisturiser for my face..I intially bought it to use on my body, and then because of how well it worked, I thought I would try it on my face and was instantly sold.
But I ran out around a month or so ago, and figured with it being summer I needed something with SPF in it (and that I should really use an SPF all the time). I generally avoid the classic day creams because my skin is sensitive yet oily, and it can be a massive pain to try product after product, end up with stinging patches on my face, and still not find the right match.
When I came across the Olay range, I figured it would be best to get something to treat the sensitivity of my skin, rather than the oil production, and this moisturiser has been the perfect fit. It is super light and feels like I am doing something good for my skin when I put it on. This one has no fragrance (I imagine because it is targeted to people with sensitive skin), which is a bit of a bummer because I love the classic Olay smell - but having no fragrance is not a deal breaker for me. It is a bargain for your dollar, it does what it says it will do, and my skin feels lovely and looks healthy.
I really liked this moisturizer. It wasn't overly oily and felt heavy on my skin. It didn't cause heaps of breakouts like other face lotions and it didn't react with my sensitive skin. I wore it under my foundation which is great for the summer to avoid those harsh UV Ray's. Totally recommend!
I like wearing makeup or skincare with a sunscreen in it. This is perfect for daily use and under makeup. I think I’ve used this since I was a teenager.. well at least some version of it. I’m a fan of their normal and spf30 version also.. but switched to this one after having kids and my skin went haywire. It’s been around forever so fingers crossed it will remain around.
I paid $7.99 on special which is amazing. The size is decent so the bottle lasts me a while. I don’t skimp on using it. I like a decent amount for my face and neck but it’s not too thick so a little does go far.
It’s very spreadable to use and not too viscous so is very soft and silky on the skin.
It doesn’t cause me buildup and is easily removed at the end of the day. I love that it doesn’t clog my pores and my skin feels like it can breathe.
Excited it has SPF and is for sensitive skin as it can be very hard to find both of these for me.. I’ve had bad reactions to certain sunscreens and face creams so.. bonus.
Wish it had a pump but that’s only if I’m being super picky.
