Thank you beauty review for giving me the chance to review this product. I have extremely dry and damaged hair due to blonde lightening to keep me ashy. Unfortunately it takes a toll on my hair. I have been using this product a couple of times this week as I only wash my hair twice a week. It has a lovely fruity fragrance which I love! The shampoo makes my hair feel lovely and clean and it doesn’t leave my hair weighed down like some repair products tend to do. After straightening my hair my hair felt lovely and soft. Still too early to tell if it has helped my hair. I look forward to seeing results after using the product for a longer period of time.

Tips: Use along side the conditioner
I have dry damaged hair so I was happy to have been selected to trial this range. I have been using this daily for 7 days. A small amount of product is required and it lathers up nicely and washed and cleans your hair really wel. It does have a slight fruity smell but it’s not too strong or unpleasant. After the wash hair is manageable and feels pretty soft. Overall a good product.
Tips: Gentle enough for daily use.
I have damaged hair from a balayage disaster 6 months ago and I'm still dealing with the results from that so my poor hair is slowly trying to get back to its former glory. I have been using other repair shampoo and conditioners so was keen to give this a go as hair repair products can be on the pricey side. This shampoo does what its meant to and cleans your hair but I don't think after using this my hair felt particularly "nourished" like the bottle claims. I found the smell to be quite strong which I personally don't like and once my hair was dry the smell was still quite apparent. Overall its a shampoo I wouldn't go out and buy, it did the job of cleaning my hair and I don't like the smell.
I have used Garnier products for quite a while now and have always like them. This shampoo was no different to their usual quality.
I like the newer style of the bottle and the cap seems to open a bit easier than the old style which is great, as I seemed to have issues at times lol. The colour of the bottle is nice and summery and the avocado on the front makes it appear natural.
The smell is lovely as always and the formula is nice and thick and creamy. I tried the "only use the size of a 10c piece if your hair is short" as suggested by BR in an earlier blog and it worked! I normally use far too much shampoo and that probably ends up building up on my hair. So I found that the shampoo lathered up nicely and when I washed it out my hair did feel smoother than normal (usually the ends feel really rough after I've shampooed).
I like the fact this shampoo is paraben free and contains natural avocado, olive and shea.
I found this to be a nourishing shampoo as advertised to be and have used it twice so far as I only wash my hair 1-2 times per week but like the difference in my hair already.
Tips: Do as the experts say and only use what you need for your hair :)
Shampoo is one of those products I always have trouble finding a good quality one that lasts a long time. My hair type is coloured and damaged. I'm looking for a product that can repair the damage as well as making my hair colour last longer.
The packaging of this bottle is quite small . For my thick hair this might stretch out and last a month if I cut my washed back to a couple a week.
Consistency of this shampoo is runny liquid . It's a yellow opaque colour. The scent of it remind me of fresh fruits .
Application lathers up in my hair like a dream. My scalp feels invigorated by this shampoo. My hairs so thick I need at least two to three applications to make the clean worth while.
My results is clean hair . Normally my hair gets knotty with shampoo not with this one. Price wise I think it could be cheaper for its size . Otherwise it was ok . I like that it's easy enough for me to repurchase in stores.
I absolutely love this product but sadly won't be using it again. It smelsl absolutely divine - as in "sitting at my desk smelling my hair all day" divine - and left my hair so soft and shiny.
However I unfortunately developed a really dry, itchy and flaky scalp while using it, which is a real shame, especially as they are 'nasty-free'.
From the very first wash I noticed a difference in my hair, both in terms of softness and shine. It was easier to get my tangles combed out after washing my hair and I noticed a significant reduction in the amount of hair that I lost on my brush as well.
I would (and I have done) recommend this product to all my friends and family to try. My sister has tried it already and absolutely loves it, and so far has had no issues with her scalp.
Tips: If you notice your scalp becoming itchy on your second or third wash, don't continue. And don't get caught by your boss sitting there staring into space smelling your hair when you should be typing a report!
I LOVE this shampoo! Firstly, the smell is just delightful. I like how it's paraben free and that it has less nasties. Upon using it, it felt very soft and creamy and I didn't feel like it was stripping my hair. After drying, I could still smell the lovely scent but overall, my hair felt soft, clean and full of volume.
Firstly, thanks for choosing me to review this wonderful product. From the packaging it looks very good and eye catching. It is reasonably priced. When I read the description of Garnier Fructis Nutrition Repair 3, I wanted to try because it is paraben free and contains powerful fruit oils so I thought it will be good for my dry and damaged hair. I cannot imagine washing my hair without using a conditioner to keep my hair tame but when I got my trial product I just used the shampoo alone to see the result and I was amazed. Just while applying the shampoo I could feel the silky effect and after washing my hair I was not feeling the urge of using conditioner because my hair were already so soft and silky. It was giving me beautiful feeling as it smells so good. It does what it says because after the blow dry my hair were less frizzy and had natural bounce in it. The only drawback I noticed after using this shampoo a few times is that it breaks my hair. During the shower I can see my hair loss which makes me sad because otherwise I liked this shampoo a lot. I can't wait to try the conditioner and give my feedback on that as well.
Garnier is one of my favourite hair brands, and this product does not disappoint. The formula combines the power of avocado, olive & shea oils to nourish, even after the first wash my hair felt super clean and healthy, after a week of using this product my hair is noticably softer, silkier and more manageable. Often with supermarket shampoos I feel like I need to wash, rinse then repeat to get that deep clean, but with this product once was fine, which is important in regards to value for money. I love that Garnier has gone paraben free with this formula, proving that is is not necessary for a great product to contain parabens. The other thing that I liked was that the bottle is recyclable, Garnier has really stepped up to create a environmentally friendly product.
Tips: Use in conjunction with Garnier Fructis Nutri Repair 3 Conditioner for optimum results.
