Lush Lip Scrub Review

Loved it! I use all the time. I love how gentle and natural it is, and it doesn't feel like its damaging my lips.

I love this product as i frequently have dry lips, it removes any dry dead skin and leaves my lips soft and smooth, and the added bonus is it tastes DELISH!

I tend to have really dry, chapped lips most of the time, as I work in an air conditioned office. After hearing about this, and seeing the rave reviews from various BR ladies and YouTube gurus, I decided to try this out. I chose the Popcorn flavour.

For starters, you can't really go past the smell and taste. It's definitely popcorn alright! I find the taste a bit strong, and at times, salty, so I don't tend to lick it off. I use a tissue to sweep away the excess.

What I don't enjoy about this, is that you have to really get your finger in there and play with it a bit to actually pick up a 'chunk' of the product. I find mine really dry and crumbly, and it makes a mess everywhere! I'm not sure if it's just a bad batch, or if that's what they are all like, but it has put me off using it a bit.

I also don't find it that effective in terms of a remedy for my chapped lips. It's nice for an instant smooth feeling, but I don't find my lips any better overall from using it. It is, however, good to use as a prep before applying Matte lippy.

All in all, it's a fun product and I don't regret purchasing it. I'll use the pottle I have, but probably won't repurchase.

I'm a massive fan of Lush. I love everything they stand for and a lot of their products are my holy grails but this lip scrub is definitely not one of them.

I own the bubblegum flavour, it is delicious, it smells really good and it does semi-moisturize my lips but honestly, I prefer making a lip scrub myself. My $12.50 could have been better spent elsewhere.

It didn't slough off the dead skin on my lips like any lip scrub would do, in fact, a warm, damp towel does a way better job.

I love it only for days when I'm wearing matte lipsticks, which is basically all the time. I love it for smoothing off my lips before lip balm so it's not entirely useless but it's not necessarily useful for people who have super chapped lips either.

It just doesn't do anything special for me. When I'm done with my little jar, I won't be repurchasing it again.

I bought this product from Lush as many Youtube beauty guru's were recommending it, given the reviews were good I decided I'd give it a try.

I purchased this lip scrub in the bubblegum flavour and it smells amazing! The smell is so yummy and delicious that you almost want to eat it (and apparently you can) the instructions say that after applying, you can wash it off or "lick it off".

I have very very dry lips its seems like no matter what I do they always end up dry and it's very hard for me to find a lip product that keeps them moisturized. Purchasing this product seemed like a no brainer but unfortunately for me this product didn't live up to the hype.

I gave this product a 3/5 as the smell is delicious and it's a fun product, i'd recommend this to a friend that doesnt have severely dry lips as it probably works good on people with normal lips.

For me this product doesn't really do anything and because I have sensitive skin it makes my lips feel a bit itchy.

This product also comes in Mint if I was to try this again I'd buy the Mint flavour as the girl in Lush recommended that one but it was sold out.

I have this in the flavour mint julips. I love that you can do it wherever you are because you scrub your lips and then lick it off. It makes my lips feel smoother which is exactly what I was after and isn't expensive! Great.

Normally i just use my face exfoliant on my lips. In the 5 years of being a beauty therapist I have never come accross a lip scrub so I was very eager to try this out! I found it to be not too harsh which I was a bit worried it may be from the look of the texture before using it. It gently sloughed away the dry, winter flakyness I had gained from our horrible wind and cold and to top it off I used the limited edition maple lip balm from lush. So yum,y and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a nice scrub for the lips.

This is amazing, made my lips super soft and dead skin free, it smells and tastes amazing, its cheap, its organic, its Cruelty free and its lasts for ages! cant get any better that this !!

I won the bubblegum lip scrub and I seriously fell in love & repurchase as soon as I was out, it smells amazing & is so hard to not try and eat it!

I know you can easily make this product at home but tbh I would much rather buy it. I have it in mint julips and it smells so yummy. It scrubs my lips but its nice and gentle so its not to harsh. Overall its a really nice product I like to keep under a lamp so that the product doesn't separate.
