I used this scrub a few times and found that it servilely irritated my skin and i was left with a red face. I have recently found out that this product includes crushed up nut shells, which can tear your skin and for that reason I won't be using this product again

I've used this scrub for a long time now. It always leaves my skin feeling clean and fresh and its not too harsh. I have sensitive skin and allergies but never had a reaction to this product. It also has natural exfoliants which I really love. This is something I have on hand for my teenage daughter too and its nice on her skin as well. Its really great value for money. Highly recommend this one
This I found compared to my currant scrub quite harsh on the skin, it leaves it feeling clean and if I hadn't found my new line of facial care I would still be using it, but I definitely wouldn't use this on a everyday use, and don't scrub too hard!! OUCH!
I've been using this product for about 18years it is amazing. As a kid I used it on my dry legs in the winter and now I use it weekly or apply with gloves before a spray tan and it leaves my skin smooth and polished.
It also has a lovely smell to it.
Tips: Apply with exfoliating gloves before spray tanning for an even coloured tan.
I really love the St Ives range of scrubs, they're affordable and effective. It's a good scrub for most skin types, the green tea one would be my pick for sensitive skin though as the exfoliating beads are miniscule in that one (but really effective - you're not missing out I promise!)
I love exfoliators! I think they serve an important part in every womans skincare routine. St Ives has a great reputation but I did find this scrub a little bit harsh for my skin and I do prefer exfoliators which have smaller grains in them. Having said that, it does smell really nice and does make your skin feel clean, but I don't think I would re buy.
Tips: Buy a sample size first if you can!
I love this product and think it does an excellent job of clearing out my pores - my skin feels wonderfully smooth and clean afterwards. However I'm lucky enough to have skin that isn't sensitive. It's very harsh, so I'd be pretty selective about who I'd recommend it to.
Tips: Use only when needed, let your skin take a break from it, and only use if you have oily/combination skin. Drier skin types don't need something this harsh, try the gentler version instead.
This is a good exfoliater if you are looking for something cheap and easy you can get from the super market. It has a nice apricot scent and does a decent job of exfoliating the face. I have to say that I prefer the body scrub but would definitely re purchase this product if I couldn't afford something else.
The grains in this are quite irritating and actually scratch the skin - it is a very effective scrub for arms and body but it will rip your skin apart. I have dry sensitive skin and I actually use Avons clearskin acne range scrub with no issues it is packed with small rounded beads unlike the big pieces of crushed walnut shell in this Apricot scrub. Alternatively the St Ives olive range scrub is alot kinder on the face than this product.
Tips: Good for scrubbing arms, elbows and dry knees but not your face!
This just did not work for me, I had heard lots of great things about this but it wasn't right for my skin. I have dry, sensitive skin and this scratched and dried out my skin but I would recommend it for other skin types. It does smell really good though and has a good texture for an exfoliator.
