My mums been using this forever, I went through a stage where I tried to like it but personally it's just not exfoliating enough for me. It's super soft and genre so would be perfect for sensitive skin.

Tips: If you like exfoliators to really feel like they scrub your skin this isn't for you... :)
This was my very first facial scrub I ever used and I recall thinking how wonderful it was! I bought this product when it was still the apricot/peach colored packaging as opposed to this plain white bottle we see today.
The scrub had a thick grainy consistency where you had to add a bit of pressure to squeeze the product out of the bottle. The actual scrub looked like a pasty porridge gone wrong but the smell was absolutely devine and quite frankly apricots don't smell THAT good!
I have sensitive skin and this probably wasn't the right facial scrub for me (which I didn't know at the time) because it was too harsh for my skin. It didn't hurt, but rather it was abrasive - bearable but still abrasive.
When I massaged the product onto my face you could feel the tiny grains moving against your skin. I felt that it did a good job at removing dead skin cells but for sensitive skin like mine I needed a more gentle scrub.
I would use this 3 times a week and anymore than that then I would risk having dry areas on my face which is quite unusual considering I have oily skin. I no longer use this product and instead I use an exfoliating cleanser that gets the job done without aggravating my skin.
I previously used this face wash a lot (and my partner loves it - hes a grubby mechanic) however my sister has scared me off it by saying that it's to exfoliating and opens your pores too much! No clue how true this is because I found it to be a good face scrub but I'm hesitant to use it regularly now just incase
Tips: I use it once a week as an exfoliating scrub instead of everyday and my skin feels great despite my sisters warning.
if your skin is not that hard or bumpy ,i dont recommend this scrub ,espeacially for sensitive skin even you have a lot of acnes or you think you have oily skin but your skin is not that hard in fact, cause it will cause the skin irritation .
I used to use this religiously as a teen, not realising that it was what was aggravating my skin. It’s a very harsh, physical exfoliant. It really tore my skin apart. I now prefer a gentler chemical exfoliant.
Tips: Might work with tough/hardy/oily skin but I would avoid it you have delicate and/or sensitive skin.
The product does it's job, I'm unsure if I will use again, still sitting in the shower unused. Don't think I will recommend to anyone, way better products out there! May just wrap it up and give it to my husband to use, for when he gets home from a hard day work.
The grains in this are quite irritating and actually scratch the skin - it is a very effective scrub for arms and body but it will rip your skin apart. I have dry sensitive skin and I actually use Avons clearskin acne range scrub with no issues it is packed with small rounded beads unlike the big pieces of crushed walnut shell in this Apricot scrub. Alternatively the St Ives olive range scrub is alot kinder on the face than this product.
Tips: Good for scrubbing arms, elbows and dry knees but not your face!
This is a 'physical' exfoliant where you really can feel it scrubbing off the dry layers of skin. It is one I would not choose to use any more as it seems quite harsh for my face (although I love using it on my legs occasionally).
Tips: Only use very light pressure and avoid if you have sensitive skin.
I have used this product in the past after being given it, and i would not re-purchase for myself. It is delightful smelling and creamy, but i feel the exfoliating beads are far too rough for use on the face even with light pressure.
Attractive packaging and a reasonable price to pay, available in supermarkets and other outlets. I found the scrub to be pleasant smelling and did a really clean scrub of my face, but after a while it became quite harsh and would cause my skin to break out and have a number of big sore blemishes. Since stopping my skin has returned back to normal. I would like to try it again but perhaps more on my body than face.
Tips: needs a good amount of water to foam up.
