I find this product works really well for cuts, scratches etc but i couldn't stand putting it on my pimples. First of all i couldn't stand the smell being on my face, it was way to strong and would give me headaches. Secondly, it would sting my face and that really hurt. So in my opinion, it works well for somethings and not so well for others.

Tips: Don't use it on your face if you have sensitive skin.
I picked this up recently from Countdown for $13.99 for 25ml.
This has long been a favourite of my families for combating pimples. My skin has been particularly bad lately so I thought it was time to go back to the old trustee Tea Tree Oil.
The packaging of this is simple. Just your usual glass bottle with a kiddy safe lid. I do find the lid hard to get off sometimes but I think that says more about me and my inability to open child safe containers than it does about the product.
I think the main thing that needs to be pointed out about this product is that it stinks. IT is an extremely strong scent. I don't particularly mind it but I do try and make sure that I use this mainly at night as I don't want people to think that I am wearing a horrendous perfume during the day.
This product has many uses. As I said I mainly use this for pimples as a spot treatment. I apply a small amount on a cotton bud and apply to the pimple itself. I find doing this means that the pimples go away a lot quicker and ones that haven't fully come through yet often disappear before coming up. This is great also though for putting on itchy bites, I put this on an itchy bite then put a plaster over top so I don't itch it any more.
It is an extremely versatile product so it is worth doing a bit of research and seeing if this is a product you could use!
Love, love, love this product! SO reliable, affordable, and has an absolute plethora of uses! Pimples, acne, insect bites, head lice, natural sanitising rinse aid for laundry including cloth nappies, odor eater, honestly the list just goes on and on! A fantastic item to keep in the first aid kit, in the car or your handbag, or in your "Get Thru" kit. A multitude of uses, a natural product, a great price... you just cant go wrong with this one!
I like the brands ethical policy, and this is the original and best tea-tree oil at a fair price. Always have it in my bathroom cupboard for bites, pimples, cuts, scratches. Stings but it's a good antiseptic. Never buy any other tea-tree oil!
I've always been a fan of skincare products containing tea tree oil to care for my acne-prone skin, but have never owned a bottle of the pure oil myself. When I saw it listed in the Beauty Vault after the awesome articles Beauty Review posted about the benefits of tea tree oil, I had to pick some up!
The oil comes in a sturdy glass bottle with screw cap top, which is great if you have little hands in your house as it's harder to get into! The inner plastic seal allows the oil to be dripped out so you don't use more than you need, a feature in the packaging which I think is very handy.
It is very strong smelling, but that's what I would expect from a pure oil!!
I've used this so far mainly for skin care - 1 drop applied to a cotton bud and pressed onto a spot twice a day and it helps them disapear, the same for random bites on the body!
Mix a couple of drops with your moisturiser for an acne treatment!
I've also used this in shoes to combat stinky odours, a couple of drops inside the shoe helps keep the smell away.
This is such a versatile product at a really good price, I just wish I had bought it sooner! Time to stock up on oils I say.
Tips: Start slowly with the amount you use as you often only need 1 or 2 drops of tea tree oil.
Love this product! Have been using it for years, and as I get breakouts regularly I use it a lot. I put it on at night after I have cleansed and then allow 10-15 mins for it to absorb into my skin then I moisturise. Love the smell and it also doesn't make me feel so guilty when I have a big squeeze fest! Just pop it on straight after and you can feel it working its magic. It is quite pricey but you don't need much and you also don't need to apply it more than twice a day as it will dry your skin out. I have dry, sensitive skin and this product doesn't aggravate it either. Winning!
Tips: only use a small amount and use directly on pimples if you can't resist squeezing or popping! ALSO kills mold around the house! Just dilute with water (google to find out the exact ratio) and spray onto mold.
I have oily skin & get breakouts only in a certain spot. I bought this a week ago and already it has dried them up & clearing my skin. I love the tea tree smell, it doesn't burn my skin like some other products. I use quite a lot of this stuff even in the week or so that I've had it & I must say the price puts me off a bit thought. I bought the 25ml bottle & I've already used 1/5 of the bottle-I can't afford to be paying $20 every couple of weeks. Thats the only downside.
Tips: Apply to breakouts morning & night every day for a week & you'll see results
I'd read many good reviews on how effective this was for other people. But no, not for me. First of all, it's quite expensive for what it is, I purchased the smallest bottle and at $9.90 I thought I should bet a wee bit more. The dropper system is it all it's cracked up to be, when I only need one or two drops I ended up getting 5 or 6 as you have to hold the bottle upside down and shake it to get the product out. I followed instructions from other reviewers and also from other websites as well as beauty gurus on YouTube. I did find when I put the tea tree oil straight onto my spots they dried up, but did not find it made a difference when I put it in my bath or in the sink when I was my face. The smell is quite strong especially when you put them directly into spots, but the smell is a small pay off for drying up spots. Just be weary that it does burn your eyes if you out too much on or put too much in your sink water.
I love this stuff. Every time I get a pimple i pop a drop on neat and it drys it right out. Its fantastic to add to clening products if you make your own as its anti bacterial. I use white vinager and about 10 drops of tea tree and 10 of lemon then add in a small bottle of H2o2. Best spray and whipe ever with no nasties.
Tips: Dont use this on cats. It may seem like a silly thing to say but i put a drop on one of my cats catne (cat acne) and then I googled (google first people!!!) its incredibly toxic to cats and they can die!!! Dilute it in a carrier oil if its too strong on your skin. AND avoid eyes and mouth.
This is a basic go to all rounder for the whole family. A natural antiseptic good for head lice as the smell deters the pests and the antiseptic is helpful great in the laundry to disinfectant the wash they any viruses or pests have contaminated. Great first aid rescue for abrasions cuts stings scabs the list is endless and has a long shelf life.
Tips: Can be combined with other essential oils such as lavender and camomile equal parts then added to a basic oil as sunflower or olive oil a d you have a great oil combo for hair bathing skin face.
