Love Everything...but the smell!

Let's get the bad out of the way because other than the smell this product is awesome. I feel like the Grinch that gave the 2 kiss rating :/

To me this smells very citronella-y, like one of those candles that ward of mosquitos! It does have 'Citral, Citronellol, Limonene' oils in it, and I'm not adverse to fresh, citrusy smells, but to me this was just a bit too much. I felt like the old lady who was trying to kill flies...so I wouldn't use it again but smell is a personal thing, which is why I would recommend it - the balm really is an everything balm -

I've probably not tried anything the other reviewers havent suggested - lips, elbows, knees, hubbie's hand calluses, feet etc. I resisted using it as a baby balm, simple because I've only used Paw Paw on my son's baby bum and I didn't want to risk a reaction. But the consistency and performance of the balm on the grown up Guinea Pigs definately suggest it'd be a great balm for babies.

I even tried a little bit on my hair. I've used Palmer's Coconut Oil Hair Balm so thought why not?! A teeny bit de-frizzed my hair and didn't weigh it down at all.

Overall this is a great product, and I will definately be checking out other Trilogy products - an environmentally aware company, with amazing packaging and products that do what they say they do. A blend that's hard to come by!

Tips: Use a foot file on dry feet before your bath/shower, then slather your feet with the balm, stick on some cotton socks, put your feet up for the night....in the morning you will have supersoft tooties!

Trilogy Everything Balm

I have been using this for a few days now, initially feels quite greasy but soon soaks into the skin nicely. Smells great and I have been using it on my lips, face and hands and feet, so versatile!

Trilogy Everything Balm; Best all-round balm

I bought a jar when I was expecting my daughter over 4 years ago, I used it daily after a shower to help with skin stretching as I am not a huge fan of bio oil and still wanted to use something natural. I didn't get a single stretch-mark with her and used for a little while with my son and only a couple of small marks came up and faded superfast (weeks not months or years). I had stretchmarks from years ago on my hips which look worse, I wish I had Trilogy Everything balm when I was a teenager. I have also used it on my sons cradle cap and it works so well. When they say everything... they mean Everything! Love it!

Tips: a little goes a long way, and if you are expecting to be gaining or loosing weight this product really does help with skin elasticity and reducing itching. great for insect bites too.

Trilogy Everything Balm

I have been using this on scratches from our kitten on my hands that have taken weeks to heal and also on broken skin near my mouth that seems to crack again everytime i eat so just has not healed. Within 2 days my face is almost healed and having similar results on my hands. Smells great, it doesnt take long to soften & is easily absorbed into my skin. I will definitely continue using this product I'm a big fan of Trilogy this is just another one of their products worth every cent!

Tips: I keep on the mantel above my heater its nice & soft, a little goes a long way.

This stuff is awesome!

I use this product all the time and love it. I've been using it for about a year now and my skin is so soft and glowing. I also use it on my newborn as I love that its all natural with no chemicals. It's a great all in one product and smells so good.

Tips: I like to lay it on thick at night just before bed, especially in winter when my skin dry. My skin feels so good in the morning.

Trilogy Everything Balm is Awesome!

I love this stuff. It's fantastic! And it smells divine! It's has a bit of a waxy texture to it and a little goes a long way. It absorbs into the skin nice and quickly and it doesn't leave you with a greasy feel. Your skin is left feeling nice, smooth and smelling great. Fantastic for using on dry skin, elbows and the heels on your feet. It also makes a great lip balm and protects your lips and face from the wind. It's a great product to have in your hand bag as you can use it for so many different things and it saves you from having to carry lot's of different products around. It also has a long shelf life which is an added bonus. This is definitely a Great product !!

Everything? Seriously!

I was a little overwhelmed when i first received this product as it claims to be an 'all rounder' in term of skin hydration I wasn't exactly sure what to use it for! I've always been an indecisive sort of person. I played around a bit and used it firstly on my lips- It tastes good and really does rehydrate them, perfect for this horrible weather. going from extreme to extreme. Then i wanted to try it out on my baby as it says its suitable, so I used it on a wee dry patch on his head one night. not only did the patch clear up over night... I swear his hair grew too!! Lastly I've been using it on my stretch marks.. I don't really expect to see any change within the 10 days i have to review this product but if anything miraculous happens I shall let you all know in the video. I just figured with the Vitamin E and combination of oils its worth a shot! I also like the fact that this has such a long shelf life on it.. untill 2016! thats not bad for a natural product. I guess its the honey which acts as a natural preservative.

Tips: I would recommend this product for those people out there who aren't big on having a million different products. Good one for the low maintenance type of people :) Like me!! I have no time to be putting 10 different things on my skin anymore. Oh, also try scooping out a little and melting it in a bowl over some water and running it through the ends of your hair before bed... nice hair mask I would think :)

Trilogy EVERYTHING balm!

Opening the box, it was love at first sight. It was like opening heaven, smell included. I wasn't too sure if it was going to live up to everything it claimed though! First I tried it out on my hands, as I do have bad cuticles and a dry patch. It reduced redness, and I no longer have a dry patch! Cuticles, are slowly improving too. It has also done wonders for my face too. I did not like using it on my lips, though, although I don't doubt that it will stop the chap!

It does feel a little oily at first, but soon soaks into skin.

I will absolutely be be back to buy another tub of this when I run out!

Trilogy Everything Balm

I was really looking forward to trialling this product, because if I'm honest I'm basically lazy when it comes to skin & body care. So when I saw it was called an everything balm, I was sold just on the name alone.

But is it really? or is it just a really good advertising hook? Never one to shy away from a challenge I looked forward to putting it to the test.

It is touted as soothing dry, chapped skin. Well I've got plenty of that so I decided to try that area 1st and YES it really did soothe & soften the skin it even calmed mild redness on my face & hands.

Next I read it conditions dry lips , so on it went & once again after a few applications,I can report that once again it lived up to it's claims.

The next place I tried was my sad & sorry looking cuticles as it says it conditions your cuticles & only after a couple of days of applying my cuticles are already showing signs of improvement.

OK by now I'm becoming impressed, a wonder balm that looks like it may actually live up to it's claims.

So what is my assessment of this product? I will almost certainly be replacing my pot of Everything balm when it runs out as it would be good to have in the bathroom cabinet or overnight bag

It does feel a tad oily when 1st applied but it absorbs quickly into the skin without leaving your skin feeling too greasy, if at all. My only one comment in the minus column about this product is the citrus-y scent (is it citronella?) as it reminds me of a mosquito repellent, but on saying that it wouldn't put me off purchasing it & hey in the summer it may come in handy for keeping the mozzies away. ;) Seriously though this product is worth a try

Tips: Apply sparingly to the skin & add more as required.

In warmer temperatures keep in a cool place as it may lose it's solid state & become liquid therefore making application more difficult & messy.

Finally, try this product as I'm sure you will be pleasantly surprised as I was.

I've just submitted my review (I always do it before reading everyone elses so I'm not swayed!) and I'm so glad I wasn't the only one who wasn't keen on the smell....I've been reading reviews and sniffing the balm thinking I must be smelling it wrong
