I have only ever used Lanolin while I was on my breastfeeding journey, so I was excited to try this, collagen AND Vitamin E. Sounds amazing.
Upon receiving it, my initial impression was that it seemed somewhat touristy, not the type of product I would typically choose. However, I'm so glad that I gave it a chance. The cream is thick and white, with a subtle sweet fragrance that's far from the sheep-like odor some lanolin products have. My hands have been incredibly dry, resembling those of a 90-year-old, so this product had its work cut out for it. It turned out to be highly moisturising and didn't leave a sticky residue; it absorbed exceptionally well, leaving my hands super soft.
I even decided to try it on my face, although I was initially hesitant due to its thickness. To my surprise, it left my skin feeling incredibly soft and well-hydrated. I couldn't resist touching my face, and it worked well under makeup, too. I've noticed a positive change in my skin; it's no longer as dehydrated, and I'm looking forward to seeing the results after using it for a month or so. :)
Upon first impression I knew I was going to like this cream. It was thick and smelt absolutely divine. I have acne prone skin and I always get nervous that products will break me out. I have tried this for a few nights and it hasn't broke me out so far. When I wake up my skin is always so soft and has a natural glow that wasn't there before I started using this cream. I love that it is made by a New Zealand and is definitely a product I will look into repurchasing in the future.
