I have relatively long, thick, blonde hair (just for reference)
As far as purple shampoo's go, this one is the same as the others and probably a more affordable price point for most people as some can be ridiculously expensive.
The colour is amaaaaazing, a nice deep almost metallicy purple and the texture is quite runny but nicely lathers and spreads once you apply it to your hair. I find it didn't really have much of a smell at the time but afterwards my hair definitely had that 'hairdresser' smell to it.
As far as noticing any difference to the colour of my hair, I can't say I did, however perhaps over time this would change.
I liked it, didn't love it, and probably wouldn't repurchase but it wasn't a bad product.
I have dyed blonde hair and I am a natural redhead so getting rid of yellow brassiness from my hair is essential to making my dye job last. This is the third purple shampoo I have used this year. First impression is that the bottle is quite small and may fall over - i hate it when my purple shampoo gets all over the bath. The product itself is thick but glossy and the smell is a little chemically. Works up a nice lather though and my hair feels clean. Washed off hands well and no stains. I was glad to read that leave in time was only 4mins. Hair has got a nice ashy tone to it so definitely does what it says. However smell is so important to me and I’m not a fan if how my hair currently smells after use.
