This has been around since the 90s which says something it is a great classic hair conditioning treatment which is affordable, good value for money and does the job - really sinks into my hair and I find it washes out easily afterwards without leaving a residue like other brands I have tried. I also really enjoy the smell!

Tips: Great for a weekly DIY hair treatment! One bottle will last you for months.
After reading great things, I bought a bottle of Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Reconstruction. When it comes to hair treatments, I am generally a skeptic, as I have very coarse hair which tends to have dry ends and not much works for me. However, I did find that my hair was a bit smoother/silkier after using this product. I wouldn't say it worked miracles for my hair, but it did improve the condition slightly, so I would use it again. And the smell is very pleasant, so no complaints there.
Tips: Make sure you leave it on for the full 3 minutes for best results.
I absolutely love this conditioner. It does exactly what it says it does, and after using it, my hair really does feel reconstructed! First off, the texture is quite nice and creamy, so you can instantly tell it is going to do your hair wonders as you apply the thick, creamy mixture to your hair. The smell is SO nice! You can really smell the mint, it isn't too strong, just enough! The packaging is quite simple, I think it doesn't really do much justice for the amazingness of the product! Some people complain about the squeezy bottle, but I like it, the product comes out of the bottom, you simply just squeeze, and the product comes out. I usually use one squeeze amount of product, and apply all over my hair and leave for about 5 minutes. I wash the product out, and I can instantly feel the results. Once my hair is dry, it feels soo amazingly soft and smooth! At first I was so surprised since the product is quite cheap. If you have dry, frizzy, damaged hair this product will do you wonders! Highly recommend. You can also buy this from Bramptins in Auckland :)
I have dry, damaged hair so a good treatment always has a place in my bathroom. I purchased the Aussie 3 minute miracle treatment as a cheaper alternative to my favourite treatments, and after reading some raving reviews online it was held up as one of the best. I picked this up for $10 from feelunique.com with free shipping so for a supermarket price my expectations shouldn't have been so high.
The first thing that I noticed was the packaging. It is different to all other treatments, or even any other products that I have tried. It has an easy to grip bottle which is stored upside down with a hole in the bottom. The hole has a suction which stops the products from falling out, but with a small squeeze it is easily dispensed. This stands out from my other treatments which are in tubs/pottles that must be screwed and unscrewed and can collect water if left with the lid off.
The formula itself has a shampoo consistency, not thick but not thin. When using the treatment I applied it after shampooing and removing as much moisture from my hair as possible. This allows it to sit in my hair for 5 minutes (the directions recommend 1-3) without falling out with the dripping water. It is an easy way to add some extra nourishment into my haircare routine on the days that I am shaving my legs or having an extra few minutes in the shower. I then rinse the treatment and in the last few uses I have followed up with a standard conditioner to detangle my hair.
After drying my hair it is left softer and smoother than with a simple shampoo and condition, however not to the extent of many other treatments. It is comparable to using a really good conditioner, or leaving conditioner in my hair for a few minutes, rather than using a salon quality hair treatment or mask. However there isn't a salon price tag attached, so it does still have a place in my routine. I will continue to use this on one of the three days that I wash my hair a week, the next day I will use no treatment and the third I will use my Loreal Professional Absolut Repair treatment. The Aussie 3 minute miracle reconstruction would be great for a quick pick-me-up, or for somebody with hair that is already in good condition.
Tips: Try and remove as much moisture from your hair before applying the treatment as this will ensure that it stays in the hair rather than going down the drain.
Every time my sister visits from the UK, I have this on my list. Whilst it's not THE BEST hair treatment out there, for the price you actually can't go wrong.
The smell is great, I love the packaging and it does make a difference to my hair. It leaves it soft, shiny and non-static. I use it quite liberally a few times a week when my hair feels extra damaged.
I haven't tried anything else in this range but I would recommend trying this treatment for sure.
Although this isn't the be all end all of hair treatments I find this great between "deep treatments" just to give more softness and shine, the price is great and packaging is easy to use no lid just squeeze so no fiddling around mid shower as bottle is settled upside down I have repurchased this few times as I find it to be a good conditioner and the smell left by this product is amazing so much nicer then my other treatments!
Tips: Longer left in the better!
After hearing some good things about this, I picked up myself and was a little disappointed. I find that it seems just like normal conditioner as opposed to a reconstructing treatment, I've been through a lot of bleach in my pursuit for purple hair so I'm always trying new conditioners to keep my hair happy. I do like the packaging though, I find the traditional hair treatment packing (the tub) collects water no matter where you place it to try and avoid this happening, this packaging squeezes out of the bottom (from a no drip opening). I would suggest this if you're just looking for a conditioner, but not to expect anything more.
I usually buy this from the UK when I go visit and was so pleased to find that postie stocks it now and again. I must admit I have not used that many different conditioners in my time, as I like this one; so stick to what you know? I love the stand up bottle that dispenses at the bottom so you don't have to worry about getting the last bits out the bottom-really simple to use as well; just squeeze the sides and it comes out. I love the smell of all the Aussie products and find that it does linger on my hair for a while. I have wavy hair and think that it keeps it soft and separates the waves without me having to do much styling which is great. Will keep buying this until someone persuades me otherwise.
Tips: Be careful once open as the product does come out quite easily; so if traveling with an open bottle, maybe tape over the end.
I bought this at the end of last year from postie plus. I'd heard heaps of great reviews about it so I was quite eager to give it a go. This is well priced I feel, $10 for 250mls. I think I even got it on a buy 2, get 1 free deal too.
The packaging to me is weird and I'm not a major fan. It is in a squeeze tube with the opening at the bottom like most conditioners have. It doesn't have a cap though. It just has a small marble sized hole with a soft plastic part in the hole. It only opens up when you squeeze the tube but I'm too paranoid it will leak everywhere so I keep it stored the other way round.
Most hair treatments are quite thick but this is quite a thin, almost runny formula. I guess it does make it easier to squeeze out and also to get it through all your hair. I use a comb to help as well. It smells good, a sort of tropical sweeter scent.
I leave this in while I do a body scrub so it's probably in for a good 5 minutes. I don't really notice much difference in my hair after. I think it helps make my ends softer and maybe the rest of my hair sits nicer for a little while but I don't get shine or lasting results.
I have enough product left for 3 or 4 more masques but I can't see myself picking this up again. I've definitely used better hair masques before so will stick with other products.
This stuff is unbelievably good! I've only been using it for a couple of weeks but my hair is already so much better. I'm having a bit of an issue though as I want to wash my hair and use this every night because it smells so good! My hair is a lot more manageable and smooth and definitely looks shinier. I'm using it in conjunction with the Aussie Moisture Miracle shampoo and conditioner (so good!) and they all result in my hair being very very happy (and smelling awesome!) I'm not a huge fan of the packaging as I'm scared its goodness may leak so haven't put it to the test, I've just been storing it upside down. I'm so happy to have tried this brand and I'll definitely be repurchasing as it's affordable and it's not often I'm this blown away from a hair range! I brought mine from feelunique.com in the UK.
Tips: After applying through out your hair, take a moment, give yourself a head massage and breath in the gorgeous scent! So relaxing!
