I don't know about you, but when I wash myself with a normal body wash, it seems very silicone-y and feels as if the product is just sitting on my skin. But with the exfoliating scrub, I feel like my skin gets a really deep clean. You use an exfoliator for your face, so why not your body? The smell of the apricots is delicious and I always feel amazingly clean after using this. A necessity in my shower!

St Ives Exfoliating Apricot Body Wash
I regularly purchase this at the supermarket, I love that it exfoliates my skin all over. I use it often with exfoliation gloves as well. It leaves my skin feeling fresh, soft and smelling good. I highly recommend this as cost effect and easy to use as well as quick for those of us with limited time.
Tips: Use in combination with exfoliating gloves once a week and on areas like heels & knees.

Apricot exfoliator
i like how it uses jojoba beads to exfoliate instead of apricot kernal because it is gentler on the skin. the smell is amazing and when used with oatmeal and shea butter body lotion leaves my skin soft and hydrated all day. :-))
Tips: I would use this product but i suggest steering clear of the apricot facial scrub as it uses crushed apricot kernal and although it sounds all natural and wonderful, the crushed kernal particles are sharp and cause damage to the skin. your skin may feel soft and smooth after using it but it sure as hell won't thank you in years to come.

I do like this product. It smells great, but it wouldn’t be one I use every day but rather once or twice a week when I feel like exfoliating my skin.
