I got this brush in one of the BRBB's and I wasn't overly wowed by it, but I wasn't unimpressed either. It's a decent length and it has bristles that aren't packed too tight, but they don't seem flimsy either.
The brush is soft and picks up enough product. I don't like using this to contour, I actually quite like it as a highlight brush. It's really simple to use and makes highlighting (or contouring) quite easy.
It blends the product nicely and doesn't leave me looking like I have diamond stripes or muddy cheeks. It's just a good brush that will stay in my collection for a bit longer yet!
I had received the Cameo contour brush in the recent BRBB and I was delighted to try this. It is quite compact for a brush, it has a silver handle and has slanted bristles. I was interested at how dense this brush was and wondered how it would go with applying my makeup.
I found it hard to use when I used powder contour kits, the brush would pick up the product with ease but applying it evenly was a hard task. I would be left with patches all over my skin, and blending the products out would either make them look muddy or patchy.
I really liked how dense this brush was and started using it to cream contour which I found so much easier to do! Using the angled tip to precisely products and blending it out was so much easier than using powder.
I also found this did a great job at applying liquid foundation, the brush is small but compact so you focus on small amounts of your face. It leaves a really flawless application.
Overall I would repurchase this brush but only for cream contouring or applying foundation. Using this brush to apply powdered contour was near impossible for me!
