CeraVe Hyaluronic Acid Serum

I’ve been buying CeraVe products for a while now for my daughter who’s got sensitive skin so I already know how awesome they are. Coincidentally I was going to buy the hyaluronic serum and the face moisturiser to use myself when I got selected for this trial - so I only bought the CeraVe moisturiser. I’ve been using both as part of my skin care daily routine for nearly two weeks now and the result is amazing. I have dry skin which is worse during winter. But I’ve noticed an overall improvement in my skin suppleness, texture and health after daily use of this serum. I normally apply it to cleansed & pat dried face, followed by the moisturiser of the same brand and then sunscreen in the morning and night mask in the evenings. Overall very happy with the product and continue to use - keen to see what it does me my skin after long term use.

The packaging is simple but practically, and as long as you keep the lid, travel-proof!

This is really light weight and soaks into my skin evenly and quickly. My skin feels instantly moisturised after use, it's lovely.

It also seemed to soothe my skin after exposure to the cold weather.

Love this! I usually use The Ordinary's Hyaluronic Acid serum but decided to give this one a go while waiting for my TO order to arrive.

I've recently started my Tretinoin journey and this leaves my skin feeling so hydrated and plump the night after my Tret. It's light my skin just soaks it up so quickly and I love the pump for a change from TO's droppers. I follow it with my other serums and lock it in with a rich moisturiser.

I'll definitely be repurchasing, and alternating between this and the TO HA serum. Highly recommend!

WOW I love this product, i was lucky enough to be chosen to try the product and i have to say, i love it in short! Every CeraVe product I’ve tried has agreed with my skin and this bad boy is amazing. I have been using it for a week and a half now and love it, I’ve use it morning and night after washing my face and before my vitamin C serum and creams. In the morning i put this on, my daily moisturizer and my makeup has been going on beautifully as my skin has been well moisturized. After my nighttime routine again i put this on, followed by my vitamin C serum and night cream and it’s been amazing, i have noticed my face doesn't feel like it will crack when i wash it. I did get a couple of breakouts after using it but not sure if it's caused by the product or just hormones. I totally recommend this and will definitely be repurchasing it and adding it to my routine

I like that it's fragrance free and free from parabens. Its a very easy to apply serum and it absorbs well with no residue.

It is so hydrating,I've been using this alone in the morning, with no need for moisturiser. At night time I layer my night cream atop, it layers well.

Make up sits well on this too.

I was excited to try this hyaluronic acid serum as I have tried some in the past and loved the hydrated feeling it has provided. The product arrived at the perfect time as I have just returned from a long haul flight so my skin was feeling pretty dry. The packaging itself is nice with an easy to use pump to dispense the product. This is different to the dropper system that other hyaluronic serums have had. I was a bit surprised to see that the serum had more of a cream consistency compared to what I have been used to. Once applied to the face, the serum (which is unscented) felt quite greasy but after a couple of minutes it quickly absorbed and left my skin feeling hydrated, fresh and plump. This feeling stayed for most of the day and looked nice under make up. I'd like to try it for a bit longer to really be certain it's the best serum for me but all in all it's a great product which does what it says it does.

I'm always on the hunt for affordable, hydrating serums for by perpetually dehydrated skin. I jumped at the chance to trial this one!

First off, I'm a fan of the pump top. Often serums are more watery and come in dropper bottles which I just find cumbersome and messy. The pump top allows you to dispense just the right amount to apply to your face.

The serum it's self is lightweight, with a gel-cream texture. Gel texture is my favourite for moisturisers, so I appreciated this aspect. Upon application, the serum didn't leave me with a tight-skin feeling. It feels smooth and hydrated, with no residue.

You can wear it stand alone, or under other products. I find it sits nicely under a moisturiser and SPF.

This is a budget-friendly serum, and like other CeraVe products, I'd say it's simple yet effective.

I will be continuing to trial this product for a number of weeks to see if there are noticeable improvements to my skin.
