CeraVe Moisturising Lotion

I love simple skincare - with no fragrance. It does what it needs to do and doesn't pull out all the luxury stops on the way. This is what I look for in my routine! It is a well rated brand online - having some very famous skincare experts reporting great things on this. I think that I do prefer my moisturiser to be heavier - as I have skin on the more dry side, but I did not actually experience any negatives with this product as even though it was lighter, it still did the job. Love it! It would be my second favourite moisturiser so definitely well worth purchasing it!

So, I normally wait until the very end of a trial to post review but this has impressed me so much! Whilst I have normal skin, and haven’t noticed much difference, my 12 yr old daughter who has eczema has been using this with me to trial as well. we have we have a very good routine for her eczema but it has flared up lately and not settled. By day 2 of using this product, we both noticed a massive improvement with her skin. She gets eczema on the backs of her knees, inner arm by elbow, and around her mouth. The eczema around her mouth can get quite flaky and cracked and very painful. By day 2, flakies have gone and by day 4, completely cleared! (She uses morning and night). It absorbs quickly into the skin, which we both love, and her confidence has improved so much! We will now be converting to ceraVe for her new routine! So grateful that was was chosen for this trial, purely because my little girls confidence has grown with quick improvement of her skin….especially at such a big time in her life when she’s going through so many changes :) I don’t know what magic is in this lotion but if you have dry, eczema prone skin, THIS IS FOR YOU!

I was very skeptical of this product..... a moisturizer with all the benefits but not too heavy? How good is this! Been using it morning and night alongside my usual products and it's been great. No nasty film left, no dryness and best of all no BREAKOUTS! I will definitely use again. Too early to tell if the claims are real but I'm so relieved that I don't have my standard acne spots with a change in moisturizer.

I have been using this moisturiser daily for the last week and have been loving it! I have dry skin and this product works great for me.

The moisturiser comes in a simple, pump bottle that's easy to use and doesn't make a mess. The product itself is lightweight and non-scented. I haven't been using a lot and it spreads into my skin very easily. It rubs in almost immediately and doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy. After applying my skin feels great, instantly moisturised and it gives my skin hydration that lasts all day.

I have no complaints about this moisturiser and will definitely be repurchasing! It is everything I look for in a moisturiser, effective, affordable, and works great for my dry skin!

I loved this moisturiser. It absorbs into the skin beautifully, non greasy. The smell is ok, don't love it but it’s just a gentle unscented type smell and that smell goes very fast anyway, which is great as I don’t like smells/scents that linger much anyway. I have an itchy arm quite often and this moisturise was great to calm down the itch, and also leaves this lovely gently cooling feeling on the skin that lasts just a little while. But it’s really nice. Definitely light enough to use on my face if I didn’t have anything else, but I have specific ones I use for my face usually. I would use it occasionally on my face though. Love that cool feeling it leaves on my skin. Definitely is what it says it does, does what it says it does. Only thing I wouldn’t rave about is the smell, which is why I used it mostly on my body and less on my face. Overall, I will definitely buy it and will be using it regularly. I will also be using it for my 8 year old daughter for any dry skin too. Great moisturiser for the whole family.

I love the CeraVe Moisturising Lotion, it is so lightweight and hydrating, it soaks into my skin really quickly and doesn’t sit on top. I love using it especially in my elbows and knees which are often dry and I love using it on my hands every morning and every night before bed, my hands have been so dry from all the extra hand sanitising so this lotion is amazing! It’s not greasy and doesn’t smell funny, I would recommend to anyone wanting a hydrating moisturising lotion that absorbs really quickly. Good for sensitive skin or anyone not wanting fragrance, my little girl also likes to use it.

I chose the lotion over the cream as I like the pump action. It's a good sized bottle and a good shape, great for taking away. As an after shower moisturiser it's easy to apply, non-greasy and fragrance free. Overall, it's a very good body moisturiser, especially if you have drier skin and it lasts all day. I will buy it again.

The fuss is not hype! This lotion is amazing. How can a simple lotion be amazing you ask? Well - it's so silky smooth it makes dry skin just disappear and not come back.

I'm using this at night before bed and I wake to soft, supple skin all over my body. It doesn't seem to transfer onto the bedsheets, probably because it is absorbed really quickly!

I've already bought the 1 litre bottle before I've finished the trial product haha, it's just that good.

I decided to use it for a full 10 days before I gave an honest review. Two days in and I had already recommended to family and friends.

I have extremely dry skin and with the changes in weather this couldn't arrive soon enough! It was lightweight, non-greasy as it is displayed on the back of the bottle. The formula of the lotion is so smooth that it just glides on the skin so easily. I used it twice a day on my entire body and face and as someone who has sensitive skin, this went on a dream! The consistency was super lightweight and there was not an scent I could smell.

The bottle is a good size for traveling as it has a open/close turn nozzle. One pump gives a decent amount and covers an arm or face and neck, and two to three pumps for the leg. I really like how it after application it evaporates into the skin like you didn't apply anything however, you can feel your skin throughout the day and can feel it is noticeably smoother and softer.

Packaging of the bottle is alright - quite standard, no flair. The bottle size of 236ml is okay for short term use as I used it all over my body so I would rather go for larger sizes but as I said above, this size bottle is good for travel.

After using this product for over a week, I can say that this is a product to stay in my household. I really liked it and have already recommended to family and friends!
