This cleanser is so good, it's gentle but refreshing and effective which is very hard to come by. I started using this product when I was on medication for acne which causes extreme dryness and this product was puurrrrfect! It was gentle enough that it helped stop my face excessively peeling. I teamed it up with the cetaphil oil free moisturiser and they were a winner! If your skin is freaking out I recommend stripping it back to something super simple. This is my fall back for when my new exciting products are failing me (which happens pretty often).

Reviews
Bought this when my boy and hubby were having dry and sensitive skin issues. Gentle on my 1 year old and hubby is clean. Doesn't foam etc as you would expect as detergents are irritants. Both of them have seen improvements in their skin
Tips: Really need to use a face cloth as it doesn't foam at all
I love this cleanser it is gentle on the eyes, the like the fact I can buy one 500ml bottle and it will last me for a good 4-5 months. The pump on the bottle is the best there is no waste and its easy to lock when travelling. The cleanser is nice and refreshing and removes my make up with ease. I would definitely buy it again and I would recommend to all.
Tips: The hydration moisturiser works wonders in combination to the cleanser.
Great product that I have used for years now after being disappointed by many high end/luxurious brands.
I bought this in hopes it would help with my acne. Unfortunately it did nothing for me. It was nice and creamy and didn't have a fragrance which was nice. It would be good for a teenager with teenage acne rather than an adult with hormonal acne
I quiet like Cetaphil. All though I never relied on it to help with acne, I did find it does a good job of making your skin feel fresh and clean, all though I found you really really have to cleanse throughly with this product.
Im not really a fan of milky cleansers but I think for its price and size, its a good deal. I personally wouldn't use it without water. I found it great for removing mascara without adding water and for overall cleansing/make up removal.
I get really terrible rashes from some products and I had almost given up hope on finding something that worked for my skin. I would try new products and they would be good for a few days then I would get a horrible thick blotchy rash as well as pimples. I went to a dermatologist and he suggested cetaphil and having tried it when I was much much younger and thinking it was average on my pimple breakouts I had never considered going back to. My skin has never been better I use this twice a day along side their gentle moisturizing cream.
Tips: You do still need an exfoliant for those with sensitive skin I suggest just once or twice a week with St Ives apricot scrub for sensitive skin or dermalogica microfoliant
Along with the Cetaphil Moisturising Lotion, I have used this every day for the last 6 years. Initially the fact that it does not lather up like other cleansers can be a bit strange, but you will get used to it. I love the fact that it doesnt dry my skin out or leave it feeling tight. The pump also despenses the right amount so no worries about wastage.
Tips: It's pricey for a cleanser so I save by buying the 500ml bottle, which lasts months.
I have very oily and acne prone skin and this is the best of many cleansers that I have have tried. It does not dry out or irritate my skin and visibly improved my acne situation when I started using it.
Tips: Follow up with cetaphil moisturiser for visibly clearer skin!
I started using Cetaphil a month or so ago when I broke out from using another product and I've been happy with the results so far. Since I've got myself into a routine with Cetaphil my skin feels alot fresher and breakouts have seized. It's a bonus how it can be used as a light makeup remover too! Unfortunately for me I can't use this as a moisturiser like some people can because it leaves my skin feeling super duper dry which is a bummer cus I thought I had found the ULTIMATE skincare product hehe. I'll continue to use it, for sure.
