I started using cetaphil after my skin broke out randomly for no clear apparent reason.
I knew it was meant to be really great for sensitive skin but I was a bit skeptical because it wasn't too pricey.
Anyways I decided to try it out and see how I went.
The texture of the product is a little thick but it's very easy to work with and really moisturising on your skin. It's not harsh at all and once you've used it, your skin feels refreshed without that you've scrubbed a top layer off or tightness associated with harsher products.
It definitely helped clear up my dry skin issues and the breakout so it was a double whammy win.
Very happy customer.
I started using this over 10 years ago when I was on roaccutane as it was the only thing gentle enough for my skin. It was recommended by my dermatologist and I've used it ever since. It is non-stripping and gentle enough for even the most sensitive skins. I've since discovered (in Australia) that Cetaphil also do a range for acne prone skin. I also like the Cetaphil UVA/UVB Defense SPF moisturiser during the day but that might be too rich for some oilier skins.
Tips: Get hold of the massive sized version in a pump bottle for the bathroom and keep your small bottle and refill it for travelling/nights away.
