I brought this on accident instead of the cream I usually buy from cetaphil so thought I'd just use it anyway as I love the cream and the cleanser..so so so bad. Very watery, didn't absorb into my skin. Did somewhat keep my moisturized but no way near to the degree I need and that the cream gives me. If you don't need as intense moisturizing I'm sure it would be fine though.

Always have this product on hand. It's not my day to day nor do I think it moisturises or nourishes my skin. But it is so so gentle. If I have sun burn or some sort of irritation I get this baby out! I can 100% guarantee I will be as gentle as possible on whatever it is that has irritated my skin. It won't fix it. It just won't make it worse giving it the best chance to heal
Tips: If you wear heavy makeup , two gentle cleanes will remove it :-)
I love this moisturizer. Its nothing flash, no flash box etc, but it works.
For a long time I was on acne medication that dried my skin out A LOT. My dermatologist recommended Cetaphil and I have not gone back since.
It is so rush and creamy, but not too oily so is fine under make up too.
To top it all off, the price is fantastic and you get such a big amount that you never run out!
Cetaphil products are the absolute best for people who have problems with their skin. This moisturiser is ideal for me because my skin is prone to becoming very dry, and their are many lanolin based moisturisers out there that I react badly to. This is not a heavily fragranced product and is gentle but extremely effective. People with sensitive skin should have no trouble with it. I've noticed that doctors tend to recommend Cetaphil to sufferers of eczema and psoriasis and it does work exceptionally well.
Tips: If you find your hands get dry and cracked over winter, or for any other reason, try soaking them in hot water with a tablespoon of paraffin wax melted into it, and then follow with a good hand massage with this moisturiser.
I have always had trouble finding a moisturiser that doesn't flare up my sensitive skin but can relieve dry skin. This product is honestly perfect. I have tried other products and they work for a few months, but my skin seems to adjust to them and start to flare up and get eczema reactions. I have never had any problems with this product and it keeps my skin full of moisture and glowing. Can't get enough of it.
Tips: It has amazing coverage, so when you buy a bottle, big or small, it lasts a super long time!
I love this moisturising lotion. I was struggling to find one that was moisturising enough for my dry skin so I decided to try this. I haven't looked back! Its so hydrating. I have also bought the tube as it's a fabulous travel moisturiser for your body too.
While the Cetaphil range is widely used amongst my friends and family, I personally would not use again! I started using the mosturiser when I was being treated for my ance (medication), and found it was passable as a heavy duty moisturiser for my ridiculously dry skin. However since being off the medication I've found it incredibly oily (even when only a small amount used) and leaves my skin uncomfortably moist, so have to wait for ages for it to dry! So in my opinion while it may be useful for people with highly abnormal dryness, I would NOT recommend for the vast majority of people!!
During treatment on isotane I used the lotion as a facewash because my skin was crazy dry and flaky, it helped so much that I was able to wear makeup again without it looking like it was peeling off. It's moisturising and soft on the skin, it smells neutral and its not heavy on my skin. It's pricey though so I wouldn't repurchase it in a hurry unless my skin got badly dry again.
I use Cetaphil moisturiser everyday to help my sensitive, sometimes drying skin. It works really well to keep skin moist during the day. I like that it is light weight and doesn't irritate my skin, I like the fact that it does not have a scent.
Tips: I use a cetaphil wash followed by the moisturiser to get better results :)
This is definitely a non-greasy cream. It is actually very watery and slightly sticky. It does have great coverage and you don't need much. I didn't think it was that good at moisturizing but I do have very dry skin and not many moisturizers work for me. It was OK but not something I would use again. Would be better suited to someone who wants a light application and doesn't suffer from overly dry skin
