This is my most favorite perfume EVER! I use it on special occasions and when I go out on the town. The scent is very soft with a floral tone and it lingers around all day when I use it. I prefer the spray bottle so I can spray extra if I feel the need. I remember my mum had a bottle that you would dab on when I was little so it's always been a special perfume for me!

Chanel No 5
What can be said that hasn't been already? A timeless classic that still is a number one seller over 80 years after its launch in 1921.
Created by Earnest Beaux, No.5 was the first perfume ever created using so much Aldehydes, which gives the fragrance its sparkle.
Legend has is that Beaux presented Chanel with ten fragrances to choose from. (Or so the story goes...) Chanel chose perfume number five, hence the name.
Floral-aldehydic, a bouquet of abstract flowers with an indefinable femininity.
N°5 Eau de Parfum is not simply a different concentration, but an olfactory reinterpretation, which is faithful to the spirit and base notes of the original composition.
The 35 ml spray comes in a flat, rectangular bottle with a black and gold cap. The bottle with a glass cabochon available in 50 and 100 ml sprays.

Tips: Enjoy it because you deserve to be spoilt!
This perfume i was introduced to in my early 20s.It is a classic, elegant and fresh. Marilyn Munroe used to wear it too lol
I am the proud owner of a beautiful 100ml edt of this classic fragrance. It was a gift from my husband. I apply it in the morning and it lasts for hours...usually after lunch I pop a wee bit more on. I find it sensual and alluring and feel all woman when wearing it. While it has many floral notes it also has sandlewood, vanilla and patchouli which just come together beautifully. A little goes a long way and it lasts for ages.
Tips: Use sparingly as a little goes a long way
This scent is classic, sophisticated, and brings with it a range of memories to so many people who smell it when I wear it. It is great as an evening scent for those special nights out, but still a long wearing, everyday scent that works for school run, work, lunches and fun.
Tips: Don't overspray if you are used to wearing it, the scent is lovely and strong and not much is needed.
My first bottle of Chanel No.5 was a gift from a family friend just before my adventure to Paris and Italy. That was two years ago and I'm still hooked on this fragrance! It reminds me of all the wonderful times I had on my OE. It lasts ages once sprayed and I feel sophisticated, sensual and delighted to be able to say that I am wearing Chanel. I'm not a fan of super strong floral perfumes, so Chanel ticks the boxes for me with its notes of sandalwood and vanilla, which balance out the floral notes. Definitely a classic, signature piece for every classy women out there!
A truly perfectly balanced floral done in the way only Chanel could do. It is delicate and classy as well as being alluring and sensual, as if giving off a warm glow around the person who wears it, like a soft, golden "aura" following them.
Tips: is well-suited to daytime wear
The classic aldehydic powdery scent. On me, it starts off with the aldehydes and ylang-ylang and dries down to a warm, deep vanilla and amber. It lasts forever on me and sillage is moderate. I loved it as a child and reminds me of my mother's cashmere and pearl necklaces. Still loved it in my early 20s but felt too 'old lady' to me due to its powdery dry down. But now, its perfect! ;) I have a bottle of it from before the most recent reformulation, so I am not sure how it has changed.
To me all I can smell in this fragrance is the scent that's in women's bathrooms at the malls I've tried to like this perfume but just can't stand it I do quite like the Chanel fragrances a lot , have my own collection but just barf at the smell of this one
If anyone is interested there is a very good book out on the life and loves of Coco Chanel, it is called Madamoiselle Chanel author is G.W. Gortner.
Tips: Fascinating read on coco chanels early life, history and her love and passion for fashion and beauty.I could not put this book down, fascinating.
I bought a 100 ml bottle duty free a couple of years ago and would only wear it for special occasions however I recently got given a bottle for my birthday and have decided to enjoy every day. The scent is very light and floral with a lingering smell. It makes me feel very luxurious and decadent .The bottle is simple and elegant. I love this perfume and get lots of compliments when I wear it. One of the best presents I have received.
Tips: Use it and enjoy it -perfumes don't last forever so don't let it spoil
