Out of all the hundreds of lip balms ive used, my chap sticks didn't really stand out. I found that the balmy-ness didn't really last on my lips and i needed to constantly re-apply it. The smell of the berry chaptstick is way to strong and quite sickly and the plain original one has a weird almost chemically smell and neither of them taste very nice. The price is very good but i have found other lip balms of similar prices that i find all round a lot better.

Tips: Will need a lot of reapplying.
My go to lipbalm when I was still in elementary and highschool. This always brings back memories from good old days. That time this is the only thing that moistutizes my lips, maybe that's why I will always give this product a go until now. Although a lot of good products had already surfaced the market now. I hope they improve and upgrade their formulas so they can compete with new brands that are good quality, upgraded, and cheap. But over all, the memories that flashes back whenever I use this product is still priceless.
I am a fanatic when it comes to lip balm/chap sticks! My lips are always dry and I literally cannot live without lip moisturisers. I’ve bought this product so many times but it’s never really worked for my lips. The application is SUPER EASY however, is very thin so I’m always needing to apply more than usual and the wear doesn’t really last that long. Definitely a good product but would recommend for the ladies that don’t always suffer from super dry lips like me!
Tips: May need to be applied more than a handful of times throughout the day.
Chapstick is fantastic for keeping your lips hydrated. The pink chapstick has a pleasant smell, however if you lick your lips, its pretty yuck! There are lots of similar products out there that do the same thing, and dont taste gross, so i would use those over chapstick. The only exception being, when i need an SPF on my lips (for the beach/snow), then I will always use this!
Tips: Just dont taste it 🤣
There are definitely better lip balms out there this is a very nostalgic product for me growing up this is all I used it does it’s job and rehydrates and protects my lips it doesn’t taste great and it’s not an amazing product but definitely would buy if I didn’t have a chapstick on me and was needing some lip hydration through a brand I knew I could reach for and trust to work. This chapstick is also pretty accessible in supermarkets
I used to adore the Cherry Chapstick and wore it for years as a teenager, the taste was sweet like cherries and it kept my lips moist with just the very faintest of tint to them. As I have grown up though I noticed that the chapstick doesn't seem to be the same, it tastes more chemical and doesn't stay on my lips that long without needing another application.
I used chapstick for many years, particularly the strawberry flavour (I hated the plain one and thought it tasted like pine needles!) and found it so handy to chuck in my purse or bag. The formula wasn't too thick or tacky and provided just the right amount of moisture and longevity. I found it worked great to soften and soothe dry and cracked lips and it was great not to have to get your fingers all sticky when you applied it. The only problem I had with the product was that the wind-up mechanism would sometimes break and the chapstick would get stuck leaving you having to pull the product out or stick your fingers in there. For this reason I moved onto other products. I'd recommend for a cheap product to keep in your purse when dry lips strike.
These bring back fond memories !!! before becoming a blistex fiend i used to use the stawberry chapstick all throughout high school (some 10 + years ago lol) .. if they stopped making blistex i would definately use this again...one of the originals :) The chapstick's packaging is pretty average but it does the trick nice little handy size to pop into your handbag or even your pocket. Chapstick is quite moisturising its not to sticky or too greasy. Its reasonably hydrating but doesnt last as long as say blistex but you dont have to use it every few minutes either. I adore the smell of the strawberry chapstick, the original doesnt really have much of a smell at all. Really great price you cant complain and you can pick them up just about anywhere. I like to keep a few of these around as I tend to loose them!
Tips: Buy a couple and keep one in your handbag and one in your car.
The strawberry flavour over Revlon's spice lip liner was my go-to every day nude lip for years but lately I have been using this only ocassionally when needed for sun protection as I am trying to phase out my paraben containing cosmetics. I have never found this drying but it is definitely not the most moisturizing but it is one of the best lip sunscreens I have used and I have never been burnt whilst wearing it. The strawberry has a nice very slight tint of pink which when combined with a nude lipliner makes for a very natural looking lip. I will always love the smell/flavour of this product but I will not buy again unless they remove the parabens.
Tips: Good cheap nude lipfor under $5 - simply apply over a natural toned lip liner and you are good to go!
I'd say that this lipbalm does what it says it does but the fact that it leaves a very greasy residue on the lips is what turns me off it. I also think the formula is very waxy so the lipbalm has a funny aftertaste no matter what scent/flavour you try. There are definitely better lipbalms out there but if you're in a rush to get something for your lips this will do!
