I love the Blue Chapstick. Very conditioning and really protects my lips from the weather, doesn't feel greasy and has a pleasant taste. I like the way it stays on my lips for awhile.
It worked but then made my lips even more chapped and its bad for your lips I would not recomend this to anyone.
Tips: Don't buy it, it makes your lips worse
I used to use these but they never really made it any better I found it may help stop it getting worse but never improved it. Would be good for kids that have problems licking their lips etc. the strawberry one does smell really yummy and they are quite small which makes them handy size for pockets
I used to use chapstick and it worked well initially to moisturize my lips but once it wore off I found my lips dried out. I have since found another product that contain more natural ingredients and performs much better/
Since becoming friends with idomakeup, my lip balm obsession has worsened. So much so that I love buying new ones, even if I already have 3 from the same brand. I can't help it when I see chapstick, they come out with some interesting flavors!
In the last year I have acquired quite a few of these, including Gingerbread, Peppermint, Aloha Coconut, Mango Sunrise and Watermelon Splash just to name a few. They all come in the same kind of tube, which is a few cm high, not quite a cm in width and they are delightfully easy to use. Just pop off the cap, wind up slightly and apply.
Some flavors are obviously better than others, and I personally prefer peppermint, coconut and watermelon, but I do want to add to my collection. Because of this, I also think that these three perform better than mango and gingerbread. It could be because I like them better, but I genuinely find the other three to be more moisturizing and long lasting than the ones I don't like.
I don't think these last very long in general, but they last long enough for me to forget that I needed lip balm in the first place, which is great too. I'd definitely repurchase.
This product was okay for me to use however at some times I did feel that if I stopped using it I would have worse chapped lips than I did before I started using the product. It was great for applying before a matte lipstick however so I would buy again for this purpose.
"it is what it is" some would say. my opinion is that this product is a little out dated, for the same price you can get a nicer branded nicer smelling better looking lip balm that does do the same job and maybe a little healthier for lips.
Throughout college I used the classic strawberry (favourite) and cherry flavours. From memory, they did hydrate my lips, I didn't have to reapply as often as I would with a Baby Lips balm. I would use this product again, however I don't see it much around anymore.
This product is very good I like the strawberry type one some of the others are different but that makes it okay for guys too and the sheen is not obvious so does not look like a lip gloss a bonus for them. Like how this has sunscreen in it too it is soothing for windburn too. Good variety of types too. This is old but a good product. Worth the money. Just do not let it melt in your pocket or the car!
