Whilst my daughter and my husband absolutely love using these Chapsticks I find them a tad to greasy and thick. They do what they say they will do though so I cannot fault them. My daughter lives with one in her pocket. They provide sun protection and help to keep your lips looking great. Personally as I mentioned I find them a little thick and greasy for my use however they do work. There is a variety of fragrances and product - repairing or protecting with SPF 15. Handy size that fits in the pocket or handbag. A little goes a long way!

I remember buying these as if it were yesterday, in high school I used to buy all the different flavours, ive nearly tried them all! My favourite was the strawberry, all of them left your lips feeling soft and moisturized with a tint of colour and smelling amazing! A great buy, It was a must have back in the day and still a must have now!
Ah Chap Stick my old friend... I remember when I use to go to you to soothe and protect my lips. I still have a couple of you dotted around... you know... just in case. I love your strawberry scent, Oh I know it isn't the same without you but I have moved on and I am sorry. Please forgive my indiscretion, but since I became a mum I have found other products that do the same thing that I can throw in the nappy bag and not carry around you and your friends unnecessarily.
Tips: A must have to keep with you or for when your new faithful runs out or is misplaced
I love chap-stick, I tend to get pretty dry lips so having a simple, cheap and reliable lip-gloss is a must. The times I've used this product it's been easy to apply and lasted a long time, the flavor in some chap-sticks is just a bonus! By the end of the day my lips are noticeably softer and it doesn't glue my lips together.
I love this chapstick and use it for everyday use unless I need a specific type of lip balm to help fix my lips. I tend to get quite dry lips and lots of skin peeling off which I know is gross but yeah... I find this lip balm to be very moisturising and hydrating though if you need some serious work on your lips I don't think I would suggest this straight away as you probably need a balm suited to help your situation/lips but overall I love it just for everyday use. My favourites are the original black one and the strawberry one.
It ain't pretty, but it does the job! My lips get so dry in winter you could use them to sandpaper a dresser, and I've used every widely-available lip balm on the market.
My go-to is a plain non-tinted Nivea, because they're easily grabbable in the checkout aisle at Pak'N'Save and have a slightly nicer smell and 'feel' than Chapstick.
But Chapstick is more compact, cheaper and seems to last longer. It's also, apparently, more manly-looking - my husband doesn't refuse to use it! And unlike a lot of posher lip balms, it doesn't come in that annoying little unhygienic tin that leaves you with a greasy forefinger.
I love the strawberry ChapStick, it smells great, its cheap and most of all it does the job. I use it to prevent my lips from chapping when in the sun and wind etc. As for using it to treat chapped lips, it does work but takes quite a long time to repair your lips. You also have to keep reapplying it. Im not a fan of the original one, but the strawberry one is great.
Tips: Use to provent your lips from chapping when in the wind/sun as using it to treat chapped lips takes a long time. Don't leave it in hot cars etc as it will melt!
I love the strawberry flavor and always have one in my purse. It smells and tastes delicious. It is super easy to put on when I am on the go and feels nice and moisturizing. When I am out on my bike for hours in the harsh conditions (hot sun or freezing wind) it is nourishing, protects my lips and lasts the distance.
Tips: Keep one in the bathroom and apply before bed, wake up in the morning with lovely lips that taste delicious
As someone who suffers from dry lips I believe you can't go wrong with chapstick. It may not be fancy but I believe it does the job. It's reasonably priced and I always keep one handy in my handbag for when I'm out and about. I find with some of the more expensive brands I'm constantly having to reapply but I don't find this is the case with chapstick. I also like that it is SPF 15.
Tips: As it's so reasonably priced buy a few and always have them on hand - at home, in your car and in your handbag.
Chapstick is a great product. It does make your lips feel very soft and moisturised, however I felt you have to apply it all the time to keep that feeling. I went through it really fast as I used it alot. The smell is nice not sickly or over powering which is good. The price is really great as it means you can buy lots :).
