Took me a while to purchase this due to price but I'm glad I did. I have the shade pillow talk which is a pretty pink and champagne shimmer. It's designed in a way that you swirl your brush around the outside section and brush from the apples up the check bone then you add the pop of shimmer on the apples buy using the centre shade. I often just swirl my brush over both shades but either way if gorgeous. It's very finely milled so doesn't emphasise texture on the cheek. If you want to indulge then I do recommend these blushes which now come in 8 shades

Tips: My only hesitation in recommending this is the price. It's stunning but there is some really gorgeous blushes for a fraction of the price.
I was doing a beautylish order and asked chikoboo what I had to have. She said this! I got it even though I'm not a huge blush chick. I ordered the colour cheek to chick
It arrived. The case is a smooth shiny brown red colour with a slight gold logo with CT. Talk about simple. Elegant and pure luxury! Pop the lid open and inside is a proper mirror and the product. Oh heck it's stunning. Sort of looks like a nipple. So the outer circle has a sparkle that's super fine. The inner circle is a different colour and it's matte. On the back it shows where to put both shades.
The inner case has a gold circle surrounding the blush with Charlotte embossed in.
I use a fluffy brush and swirl around lightly and put on the apple of my cheek then flick it up towards my temple. It's soooooo easy to build up. The colour is absolutely perfection for me. Doesn't matter what foundation or bb shade I'm wearing this comes out perfect. It's magic.
Would I buy again? Heck yes! This is one of the few products I'll actually finish :)
Tips: Order it now!
Once this got Farmers-Wife seal of approval I decided to grab two of the luxury items. There are only 6 shades at this point and admittedly I wasn’t really drawn to any of them but I spent a week (yes very serious) having a good browse of online swatches to ensure that I chose shades that would work in my favour (sounds very Hunger Games-esque??). I ended up buying SoF (a flushed dusty rose) and First Love (peach glow) and I am absolutely stoked with both (high five Ongelique!).
I bought mine from Beautylish for $USD40 which at the time of the exchange rate was completely horrendous but I’m all about paying for quality so it’s an added bonus that it comes beautifully packaged. They come in the signature maroon boxes with gold lettering and the compacts – sleek and stunning is all I can say (and yes prone to fingerprints). I really love opening up the compact and seeing the golden rim embossed with Mrs Tilbury’s name glaring back at me – oh yes $US40 well spent! You could argue that I actually bought 4 blushes since it’s 2 blushes in 1 compact!
The blush has an outer ring (SWISH – which you place all over your cheek) and the inner ring (POP – where you add a “pop” of colour to the apples of your cheeks). This is how I place the product on my cheeks but you could just swirl it all together and get a slightly different shade – hey so then it’s 3 blushes in 1? How amazing is that? The powder is finely milled and it’s one of the few blushes I have ever used (and I’ve used a lot) that barely kicks up any powder. It’s velvety smooth, pigmented and goes on beautifully.
I generally go overboard with blush (personal preference) but there is something about SoF where I actually love the “subtle” look but it’s definitely buildable if you want a more “look at me” vibe. I wouldn’t class it as having shimmer but there is a slight sheen to the blush that gives off a lovely glow especially when set with NYX Dewy Finish setting spray.
I was quite hesitant to buy First Love because it’s the lightest shade of the lot. So what purpose could someone with my chocolate skintone have with this? Highlight Wayne Goss mentioned in one of his awesome videos that First Love would be great as a highlighter and that was it haha. The outer ring has a gentle peach shimmer sheen (NOT glitter) while the inner ring is a lovely apricot shade. I tend to go in with a heavy hand with this because I just feel you can’t overdo it.
The wear time is great, I can get a full day’s work before I notice any fading. Do I recommend them? But of course however I strongly encourage anyone interested to pick a shade that will work for you. We’re limited for choice but I’m surprised to say that I really believe there’s a blush there for you.
I was Wanting to do a beautylish order to use a $20 off voucher but not knowing what I wanted I talked to the biggest BR enabler to help me make up my mind. (Yes farmers-wife) after talking about and sending photos I finally decided that this blush is what I needed.
I brought this in the colour first love, from memory I think there are 6 colours in this range to choose from. Once it arrived I opened up the pretty box to revel the pretty mahogany compact, Charlotte Tilbury always has beautiful packaging that makes you feel a million bucks just looking at it.
Inside the round compact there are 2 shades, the outer circle to use up the cheek bone and the middle shade to use on the apple of the cheek, too easy. The outer shade is slightly darker than my skin tone and the centre colour is peach pink colour.
It picks up on the brush easily and can be easily applied and blended. The texture of this is slightly powdery and creamy you do need slightly more product than less to get good colour. The powder is so, so fine and it's not packed with shimmer just to give you that slight pop of colour without looking overdone.
I love this as I am always a bit scared of blushes but this is so easy to use and you can easily build it up to the colour you desire. I definitely will use this all up and I'm thinking of buying more shades.
I got this blush in the shade First Love. I was just getting into blush and this is was a great color to start off with. First Love is the lightest shade of the Cheek to Chic blushes. All of the Cheek to Chic blushes have two blush shades in the compact the circle in the middle of the compact is a brighter or darker pop of color and the outer ring of blush is a lighter complimentary shade. For First Love it's peachy beige on the outer ring that appears to have a bit of shimmer. And the circle in the middle is slightly darker peachy beige with a slightly pinkier undertone with no shimmer. When applied to my cheeks I don't see any shimmer or sheen but it looks like a satin finish. I'm a NC25, on me it really adds some warmth and a beautiful flush of color to my face that looks more natural but can be built up. It's a shade that would go with any eye look. The formula is finely milled and feels creamy. I don't see a lot of kickup in the pan. The blush doesn't emphasize texture or pores and blends beautifully on my cheeks. It has plenty of pigment but it's one of those blushes that if you apply too much it's easy to blend it out. It lasts all day as well and photographs beautifully. I liked it so much I wore it to my sister's wedding. The compact is beautiful, weighted and luxe. It's this maroon compact with the logo on it in gold. Inside is a decent sized pocket mirror that would come in handy for check ins throughout the day. You get 8g of blush inside. Now this very expensive but I like it so much I am thinking of buying more shades. It's a splurge but given the quality and luxe feel and amount you get I think it's worth it.
Tips: How it's intended to be applied is that you swirl your brush on the outer ring of bush and apply that all over your cheek to add some warmth and then pop your brush in the center and blend that on the apple of your cheek. If you are a blush and mascara type of girl First Love is a great shade as the blush formula blends so beautifully even on bare skin and this will add some warmth to your face whilst still looking really natural.
These blushes are amazing! I have the shade Pillow Talk and it is so flattering on me. (I have neutral / light skin) They are not too pigmented which I like but you can definitely build it up. These blushes almost have a blurring effect on the skin. I love them. Worth the higher price tag!
This blusher is amazing, it looks natural and flawless. I would definitely buy this again.A little goes a long way, I have been using mine everyday for over two months and it still looks like it is new.
Tips: I think it is best if you swirl outside then dab the centre with your blusher brush as this seems to dispense the product more easily.
i am in love with this blush. it was exactly what i have been looking for, it leaves me glowy and doesnt clump or leave lumps on skin from buildup of the product. i wholly recommend this to anyone looking for a good blusher. It looks so natural and lovely. best i have ever used!
This blush is really stunning, feels like such a high quality product. It is very intense colour a little goes a long way and I find I really need to blend it in well otherwise it just sits quite strongly on my face. I use this on nights out, and really love it
I really didn’t plan on splurging on a new blush when I know there are amazing ones available for under $20 but I was drawn to this like a moth to a flame. I paid $59 at Mecca and while I still wince at the price it really is a beautiful product. The shade range is beautiful and unlike many blushes on the market right now. The two shades can be mixed together or used separately although the middle shade is quite small so would require a little brush. Like all Charlotte Tilbury products it comes in stunning luxe packaging which makes the price tag a little easier to deal with. It blends beautifully on the skin and lasts all day. It’s not overly pigmented but can be built up which is great as you can’t really make a mistake. I bought ‘Love is the Drug ‘ but am keen to try others as this has definitely become a new favourite.
