Iv dyed my hair for over 10 years, using various products from home and salon. I love this one, there are so many options for colour, and i always end up with nice smooth shiny hair... and it smells amazing! I especially love the conditioning treatment, if i could buy that in a larger bottle to use regularly i definitly would.

Like the name says its Nice n easy to use. Can be done easy on your own. Doesn't dry out your hair. Leaves it all shiny. Doesn't wash down the plug hole when washing your hair. Colours on the packs match the results when you have finished.
Tips: Keep a old T shirt for hair colouring.
Nice and Easy is what it says! It's nice and easy to you. The colour is great and complimented the different natural tones I have and the conditioner that comes with it is great too! I never had a problem with it rocking my hair.
Tips: Over use can cause the blond colour to go yellow (I know from experience)
I have used this hair color for over 6 years and find no fault in it. The darkest brown hair color is close to a black when first dyed and fades a little over time so is great for those who want dark hair but don't want to go as dark as black. I have almost bum length hair which is really thick and find that I can dye my roots with one bottle and only need a little over a bottle to do my full head. I love this product and would recommend it to anyone who regularly dyes their own hair.
I've recently decided I can't afford to go to the hairdressers every 6 weeks just to have a hair colour so thought I would give this one a go (on special at the warehouse for $10, whoop whoop)
There's a pretty good colour range and I ended up settling on medium neutral brown as I don't like a brown that has red tints in it and wanted something dark to help cover the bright red I have been dying my hair.
So, packaging - sorry Clairol, but it's super boring packaging and probably wouldn't have caught my eye if it weren't for the discount coupon on the shelf. The same can be said for the bottles once you've opened the pack too. Except for the conditioner tube, that's pretty funky. Anyway, it's super easy to mix up, just like any other hair dye. I was pretty impressed with the amount of product you get in the pack, although I have hair that sits just below my ears, I could tell there would be enough dye to cover hair up to about shoulder length IMO.
The smell of the product isn't too bad and it didn't sting my eyes or make my scalp feel like it was on fire. So far so good!
Left it on for the recommended time, washed it out, applied the conditioner that it comes with and voila - nice brown hair, with completely no greys!
I did it 2 weeks ago and my hair still has a nice shine to it and the dye hasn't faded yet.
I would give it 5 stars but I didn't give me multi tonal hair, I'm not sure how they substantiate that claim. However I'm not worried about that so much and will definitely be repurchasing in around 4 weeks time.
Having decided I was paying too much for off the shelf hair colour for my greying roots, I opted to try Nice 'n' Easy at less than half the price I was paying before. At first I suspected this cheaper option may not do a good job but I'm glad I tried it out! Turns out that this brand does the same job as my previous one at a fraction of the cost. All grey hairs are covered, it's easy to apply and the colour looks quite natural, giving my hair a lift with added shine. I use an Ash shade to counteract the brassy look that some shades create, especially the blondes. My long thick hair is softened and tamed by the lovely conditioner it comes with and surprisingly only needs half a tube. I've managed to collect a wee supply of these tubes and rarely need to buy conditioner now. The dye mixture doesn't run down your face or neck, just the right consistency. The instructions are clear and uncomplicated. Easy peasy!
Tips: No need to use shampoo after colouring, just thoroughly rinse out the dye and condition.
Good price, so easy to use, doesn’t drip and has great coverage. The smell of the conditioner is delicious. It first appears very dark when you have washed the dye out but slowly fades to a shade much lighter than the box shows. I suppose that’s what you get for a cheaper end box dye. However nice and easy is the name of the game! It’s uncomplicated.
Tips: Leave on longer than stated for stubborn grey coverage.
This was the first ever super market hair dye I ever used. I have always gone back to using this hair dye as it is an old favorite. I have found that this hair dye is super easy to use and gives me great coverage. This hair dye is also super long lasting and makes my hair look amazing. I do however hate the scent but every brand of hair dye I have used has stinks. Will definitely repurchase this hair dye depending on what color I am going and if they have it or not.
I loved this product I use to use it all the time, Its a great cost effective way of changing your look without needing to go to a salon. I leave the colour in about 15minutes longer than recommended to get a brighter more of a wow colour and then in a week or so I'd have the colour I really liked. I found it safe, didnt react with my sensitive skin and made my hair soft, smooth, shiny and smelt great, Didnt give me a headache at all.
Tips: Make sure you put same vaseline or a protective cream around your hairline and on your ears to prevent your skin being stained and use a shampoo/conditioner for colour treated hair to prolong the life of your colour
I've tried loads of home hair dyes over the years, along with spending thousands at the hairdressers, and Nice 'n' Easy is definitely one of my favourite home dyes. My naturally ash blonde/mousy hair (with some greys now, eek!) looks a million times better after using Nice 'n' Easy in shade 102 Natural Light Ash Blonde. It's natural enough that when I do my regrowth people don't say "Oh, you've dyed your hair", they just say my hair looks nice. I like the fact that it has 'built-in tones and highlights' - that's not just marketing speak, it's the truth. It's easy to use, with clear instructions, and comes with a nice conditioner to use afterwards so your hair is super soft and smells great.
Tips: When doing your regrowth, blend the colour through to the mid-lengths but leave the ends - I find that over time the ends fade to a lighter blonde which looks like what blonde hair naturally does in the sun.
