I think this is probably the best toner I’ve used, i can almost say that about any product from Clarins. Clarins always delivers the best quality product by far, but unfortunately it’s way out of my budget, and i wish it was more affordable. I will definitely purchase again if i have money to spare, but it won’t be a montly thing due to it being so expensive.
