Classique by Jean Paul Gaultier

This fragrance has never appealed to me at all and to be completely honest I don't get what the obsession and hype is with this fragrance. In my opinion I think it is more suited to an older woman rather than younger women, its a very mature scent.. Its very distinctive and doesn't smell like anything else out there but I just think it doesn't deserve all the praise it gets! It is nothing special! Perhaps the bottle is what people like? I just don't get it!

This is my favourite perfume. I get loads of comments when I wear it. I love that's its long lasting and that you can smell it when your wearing it.

This really is the classic fragrance it is named to be! Beautiful for special occasion's or night time wear. A total perfume collection must have.

It's warm, and sophisticated. A touch musky, but sensuous. I had a wee stint with this fragrance, but found it a little too mature for me. I am fan of gourmand notes, and uplifting frangrances: light, fresh, fruity. So this just not quite right for me. JPG 'Le Male' however, is my man's scent. NOMS. Just love it.

I absolutely love this perfume. Its been my favourite the first time I ever tried it. It has a real warmth to it with spicy sensual sweet tones to it. I use it when im going out anywhere. It lingers on the skin for a long time and also has cute packaging. I will always repurchase this fragrance.

I love the sweet, slighty fruity smell that lasts a long time. Always get compliments wearing it, as I like to use this for daily use.

A gorgeous container and packaging too. It just looks so elegant and classy sitting on my dresser.

It has fruity and woody notes, full bodied, aromatic, and very sultry scent.

It is my night wear perfume, love the musky smell and it lasts all night,

I love the bottle, it looks very much like a dress makers mannequin.

Not a huge fan of this as it is a bit too strong for my liking. It had an amazing staying power, but again, because it was too strong I would probably recommend it for evening use. I struggle with fragrance which becomes too musky on my skin and sadly this one does, though I easily can pick up on the vanilla, which I do like.

The bottle is clearly portraying the message of femininity and seduction, which I believes is a perfect match to the scent I smell. Definitely a pricey fragrance to have, so may be better as a special occasion fragrance. The Jean Paul Gaultier fragrances are generally beautiful fragrances but I'm not convinced this one was for me.

I have wanted this perfume for a while now, I did a sniff test on the bottle in a store and I loved the vanilla floral that I could smell. I managed to get this in a gift set with lotion and body wash for a good price so I snapped it up. As soon as it arrived, I eagerly sprayed it on. At first, I was very dissapointed! The top notes are quite spicy and musky and I really didn't like it. After about half an hour is settles to a lightly musky floral scent and then goes sweeter as the day goes on. this seems to be quite long lasting on me which I really like. So other then the initial first scent, I really like it. I will definitely repurchase, and yes like the others say, it does have a cute bottle which is a bonus!
