I remember using this when I was a teen. It has a nice citrus smell and it is good to use in the morning as it gives a good pick me up. I dont think it helped me much with acne but it is a cleanser and did clean my skin. I would probably not get it now as an adult but would recommend this for teens or someone just starting skincare

I used this when was at university and only bought beauty products from the supermarket. I loved the smell - it really is refreshing in the morning! I loved the bursting beads, even though they are probably all hype it does feel satisfying to pop them releasing more, something! But I didn't find it was very good for my sensitive skin. I would love a sample size of it just to bring back the nostalgia!
I used to use this face wash all the time and loved it! It was the perfect product to use in the morning as it is so refreshing and really woke me up! I also liked the little bits that dissolve on the skin for extra cleansing. While I did really enjoy the experience of using this cleanser, I did not notice any brightening of my skin as it claims to do. I have been learning a lot more about skincare and ingredients recently. I do not use this any more as I have learnt that fragrance in skin care products can cause my skin to be sensitive sometimes, so I avoid it where I can. If your skin isn't sensitive to fragrance, then I would recommend this cleanser!
I didn't like this product. Used as a teen this product was drying and left my face tight. I dislike the smell also.
I used this as a teen when I had really bad acne. It cleaned my skin but it was pretty drying. Wasn't the best and didn't help my skin with any concerns. The beads were fun and the scent was nice but wouldn't really recommend this one. Hopefully they've changed the formula in the past 10 years.
it was ok but for myself it dried my skin out really bad and when I stopped using it my face become overly oily will not be using this again
This is truly a a wake me up morning burst product! I will wake you up and make you feel clean and fresh for the day.
But other then that, that is it! Yes you will FEEL clean and fresh but you wont look it. Well I did not. I notice no improvement with my skin at all long term. The first two days of using it it was wow but after that nothing!
If you are looking to replace your morning coffee then this is the product for you.
I don't really like giving this such a low rating, as I think it would probably work better for those with less dry skin, but overall this is a personal review, so I have to give it a personal rating.
This is quite refreshing to use, and gives a slightly cooling feel once you initially use it, so I guess it lives up to the "wakes you up" claim (although I wouldn't rely on it to wake me up instead of my morning coffee, haha!).
The smell surprised me initially: it isn't a particularly natural orange smell, which was a bit disappointing, but more of a 'dishwashing-liquid' citrus smell. The first few times I used it I felt like I should be washing the dishes instead of my face! However, it's not actually unpleasant, but just something to be aware of.
The reasons that I wouldn't use it again are:
a) I didn't experience any benefits from using it - while it didn't break me out, etc, it didn't improve the state of my skin in any way, and in fact...
b) ... it did leave my skin feeling a bit tight and dry after each wash. Not so badly that it couldn't be fixed with moisturiser, but it's not good for skin to have all the natural oils stripped to the point of feeling parched and dry. This is something that I do experience with most foaming-type cleansers, and so now I basically only use cream/oil cleansers or natural scrubs such as rolled oats, which suit my skin way better.
Overall: this is okay, and if you have less dry skin than I do then you might like it. However, I think that there are probably better, nicer-smelling equivalent products out there.
This is my families favourite cleanser (even the boys use it). It is super affordable and often on special so is a regular purchase.
The scent of this face wash is a fake orange scent which is nice enough and you get used to but isn't my favourite scent. It does help with helping you feel refreshed though.
I find this wash cleanses my face well without harshly stripping it of all the oils and leaving the skin dry and tight and helps keep my skin clear from breakouts. In saying that though it is more drying than some and I always follow up with a hydrating moisturiser. I have sensitive dry prone skin and this wash has not irritated my skin or terribly dried out my skin even more.
Overall, this is not a personal favourite of mine but it certainly is great for those with more oily skin. My other family members have oily skin and they all love this face wash.
Tips: Probably best for those with oily type skin
I used to love this product in my early teens. I was quite lucky to get very minimal acne, so I can't say if it would help with acne. My skin always felt cleansed and refreshed when using this, would always use a light moisturiser afterwards to prevent my skin feeling dry (I have normal/dry skin).
