I have taken skin care supplements over the years and wouldn't be without one. The majority of which didn't really seem to make much of difference but I still took them in good faith that hopefully I was going to look so much younger and smoother in ten years than if I hadn't taken them. So I was really excited to trial this and compare them to other brands that have been more expensive or had more ingredients and extracts or perhaps a higher dosage of collagen per capsule. The instructions are to take two a day after meals or with some fats for eight weeks and then reduce to one cap daily. To give a bit of run down on how my skin was at the time I started this trial, I was in the process of a house move. The new house needed lots of repairs and re-modeling, sanding, painting, cleaning etc. My family has always been a fan of DIY especially for these types of things. I also have sensitive eczema prone skin which is prone to flare ups. My skin also gets dry in winter and my nails can split if I don't take proper care of them. My hair can be dry and oily as well, I do a coconut oil masque once a week to care for my hair. Also I normally take extra vitamins and minerals for my nails to help them grow strong but decided to stop taking them for the duration of this trial to test if Rejuvenate independently would make a difference to my nail health like it claimed. Working long hours on house repairs my skin took the brunt not having time to do regular face masques, etc., my hair no time for masques and it needed more washing because of all the debris from sanding and plastering and my nails taking more of hit from chemicals, being used as tools not jewels, not getting enough moisture and going for weeks without a manicure, etc. At first I wasn't sure if this product would make a difference. My nails which were long and strong at the tips started peeling and splitting and I didn't notice much improvement with my skin. I still experienced the same amount of breakouts my skin still was dry after washing my face with just water. Then about one to two weeks ago I noticed that my skin doesn't feel as dry as it normally does during winter and same as my hair. My scalp hasn't been as flakey, despite it being weeks since I put coconut oil in it. More impressively my nail beds weren't as dry and my eczema which had started at the beginning of the move, the flare up was still there but it didn't flare up as much. I have taken multiple brands of collagen tablets but none of those made a difference to my nails, but this one did. Did it stop my long tips from chipping and splitting as a result of neglect and hard work? Nope. But the new nail growth is strong and my nail beds look hydrated. Will I repurchase this? I took my last two caps today and I already ordered three more boxes. I will take two a day for another four weeks and I imagine the results will be even better, especially since this time round I'm going to take their Omega-3 fish oil alongside it.

Tips: The Clinicians website recommends taking their Omega-3 Fish Oil too " to protect against ultraviolet damage and nourish the skin from within." They also recommend taking a regular multivitamin alongside it.
Being 51 years old and menopausal , my skin is now starting to look tired , dry and lack lustre so I jumped at the chance to try product that's going to help my skin from the inside out ! As we get older our skin depletes collagen so this product coupled with hyaluronic acid and antioxidents is a sure winner ! It takes a month to see results , the capsules were easy to take with no reflux , my skin defiantly looked more glowing , dewy and plumper , while its not going to get rid of existing wrinkles it defiantly made my skin better. Another great result was my hair ! Way less split ends ! Defiantly recommend this product , I will be going out to buy it again .
I ve been using this product for the past twelve months. It is absolutely fantastic. My skin feels younger and fresher and is taunt to the touch. I call it my miracle pill.
Tips: I prefer to take it at night as I believe it works better in a relaxed state .
I started using clinicians 6 months ago due to having fibromyalgia and trying to counteract the side effects of this eg: hair loss . Dry skin and sore joints and insomnia..Big improvement in all these areas so very pleased with the product..my hair growing again ! And it helps with sleep ( the collagen!)...skin smoother..yep I love it !!
Tips: Take on empty stomach..I take it in the middle of the night and find I can drop back off to sleep peacefully
Great product! I have never tried supplements specifically aimed to combat the body's natural decline in collagen. I have been curious but didn't want to pay for a product that is costly if it didn't deliver - but this product was great.
My nails were definitely responsive to the product and appear stronger and less prone to splitting. They also appeared smoother with less ridges. My hair which is heavily coloured also seemed smoother and looked generally healthier.
Taking this product coincided with a period of environmentally disturbed sleep patterns (travel), ordinarily my skin would show the toll this takes very quickly however in taking this supplement at the same time my skin retained it's moisture and I did not appear as visually tired as I might expect.
The packaging was appealing, it looked 'clinical' and informative yet appealing to the eye aesthetically. The blister packs keep the individual capsules fresh and the capsules themselves being soft were of a good size and easily swallowed.
It is great to see on the ingredients list that this product is free of amongst other things, artificial colours and preservatives, and that is sources New Zealand marine collagen and New Zealand avocado oil.
I would happily purchase this product again and would expect that the results would continue to be more noticeable as time goes on. I also believe a longer trial period would allow for a more accurate assessment of 'did it do what it said it would' as I believe results will be more evident after a longer period of time.
Tips: The Clinicians website recommend for best results to take Rejuvenate along with fats or immediately prior to meals to enhance absorption.
On receiving the product I was surprised at the simpleness of the white box design but with pretty gold writing. Presentation was not bad at all.
The huge pinkish tablets were blistered packed and easy to carry around or while travelling. They pretty easy to access and although these big tablets are pretty hard to swallow it was not a bad experience after all. As per all vitamins the do have the know after taste and the "marine" smell and taste.
I have been trailing this product for the last few weeks and have found it very beneficial - I have seen a noticeable reduction in some of my wrinkles an definite smoothness in my skin and it look much more hydrated.
I also found that my nails are in a better condition since I have been taking these capsules. I did read some remarks that it might help in reducing dark spots unfortunately I have not been lucky enough to have mine disappear.
I will probably carry on using the product after as I found that my skin has improved quite a lot and fine wrinkles appear to be less.
Tips: Ensure you eat breakfast before taking these and maybe keep some breath mints handy
This product contains good quality active ingredients (I like the fact that ingredients are New Zealand sourced) - an effective anti-oxidant plus marine collagen. It is easy to take - no issues there. Professional blister packaging. My skin feels plumper and well hydrated. I have also noticed an improvement in my hair and nails and believe that I will notice an even greater improvement in the quality of my skin with continued use. My hair fall has been reduced which is an added plus. Price is very reasonable for the benefits provided - especially compared to products such as Imedeen (which I have also used in the past with good results). Yes, I will recommend this product to all and I will be ordering more for myself.
Tips: I would suggest using this on a long term basis to maximise results
I really wanted to get on this trial (thanks BR!!!) to see if the pills could help firm my big cheeks. I’ve been blessed with ones that move when I smile, for years I used to think it was baby fat (bless my naivety) but no it’s just plain old cheek fat. As I get older, my cheeks tend to sag more so hair and nails aside, I really wanted this for my skin.
Let’s cut to the chase: I’ve repurchased 2 boxes. My skin didn't miraculously change from ‘under construction’ to someone who just walked out of Hollywood. Instead, there is a noticeable positive improvement to my skin overall. It looks healthier than it did in early April and I feel my cheeks are well on their way to firmness stardom!
Quick background: *I have oily sensitive skin with some texture *I apply a facial oil most nights, a face mask once a week and a microdermabrasion facial every month *I cleanse, tone and moisturise morning/night *I don’t drink a lot of water (but I do try) *My diet is on the “needs improvement” side of things
I’ve been on this trial for 6 weeks now and I have not changed my routine other than skip a microdermabrasion facial. I was expecting the capsules to be in a screw top bottle but they come packaged like the supermarket medication where capsules are slightly bigger than nurofen liquid capsules which I had no issues getting down. I was also expecting a small pamphlet with a bit more information about when and how to consume them but I made do with the only instructions on the box to take 2 daily for 8 weeks.
I recommend jumping on Clinician’s website and reading about the product because it states that to get the most out of the pills you should take them right before you eat a meal so unfortunately for 2 weeks I was popping pills without doing this!? The scent of the pills is fishy to me but they’re to be consumed not sniffed at.
I began to notice an improvement in the texture of my skin in week three of the trial. The texture didn’t appear to be as prominent and certain powders that used to emphasise this seem to sit nicely, it almost looked smooth. After 5 weeks, the texture has gone right down – I can still detect tiny bumps here and there but it’s a significant improvement to April.
My skin feels lovely and smooth and I love moisturising my face even more because I feel that the product just glides right over. I repeat my face is not one that has walked out of Hollywood but it’s such an exciting improvement. I do feel like a little more life is coming back to my cheeks so I’m anxious to see the results after 3 boxes but I'm happy with the changes I’ve seen so far.
In terms of nails and hair it’s a little harder for me to detect changes because I have naturally wavy hair and my nails grow relatively fast. I can say though that my hair is ridiculously shiny and my nails seem to be growing without chipping so often ; maybe with continued use I’ll see more noticeable changes. But for now, I’m happy to keep repurchasing.
Tips: Visit the Clinician's website to read more about how to get the maximum benefits.
It recommends to take 2 a day which 1 box will last you about a month. After 2 boxes, you can continue with 1 a day. I do notice my nails grew faster and hair grew faster and stronger. I don't see any particular changes to my skin however, I still have acne issues and acne scarring is still a bit of a problem fo me.
Tips: I get mine from the Chemist Warehouse which is significantly cheaper. I would suggest to keep taking 2 a day if you can afford it.
I was very lucky and excited to get a spot on the BR trial team for this product. I am an avid user of supplements, and always in the market to try something new! I have read a lot about Astaxanthin recently – it is lauded as the most powerful natural antioxidant on the planet, so I had already been looking at supplements that contain it.
The supplements come in a white cardboard box with branding on the outside, including a red apple, giving it a healthy feel. The capsules themselves are in tinfoil trays of 10, individually packed. There are 60 capsules to a packet, and the packet costs $59.90.
They’re what I consider normal size for capsules, and have a kind of rubbery feel to them, that makes them easy to swallow. The directions on the box say to take 2 capsules per day for 8 weeks, thereafter reduce to 1 capsule daily. It didn’t say how/when to take them, so I looked on the Clinician’s website, where it said to take them with fats or just before meals. I had intended to stop taking all other supplements while I trialled this one, but after reading the instructions, continued to take fish oil and EPO, and took them all together as recommended. After couple of days, I changed from taking them in the morning to taking them at night, based on the assumption that they will work better while I sleep.
After taking 20 of the tablets (10 days) I fancied I could already see an improvement in my nails – they were just a little harder (they’re usually soft and peel/break easily).
At the end of the box I could definitely notice a difference, particularly in my nails (less soft, shinier, and healthier) and hair (slightly less hair fall, more full and feeling soft and healthy). My skin feels a little plumper and softer, plus less dry. Further to this, I notice I am enjoying a more relaxed sleep most nights, and waking up most days feeling more alert.
I’d like to keep using these and will very likely purchase more. Healthpost have them currently for $36.90 – not to be sneezed at for a very good product.
Tips: Take them with EPO or fish oil supplements as recommended. Take them in the evening (around tea time) to allow them to relax you and work while you sleep.
