Tips: I use a small amount of goodness chai seed oil and works wonders with this
I love clinique brand ,but that moisturizer are something amazing. I have really oily skin ,but I still need use moisturiser and that cream keeps my skin fresh and hydrated . And you only need use little bit.
This is a fantastic moisturiser if you are looking for a light cream that works. I find that only a tiny bit is needed so it lasts for a very long time.
The packaging looks great and it is easy to use due to the pump.
I use this as a day cream as I like a heavier cream for nighttime use. My only complaint would be that it doesn't include any sun protection. I have also used the gel before which would be a good option if you are looking for an even lighter moisturiser.
I have a friend who will only use this moisturiser as she has extremely sensitive skin. Personally, while I like this cream and often do use it I don't love it so much that I wouldn't buy and try other creams. If you haven't tried it and are looking for a light moisturiser which is suitable for sensitive skin, then I would recommend you try it.
Tips: Only use a small amount!
I have pretty balanced skin but I found when I was using this moisturiser that I would break out in my T-zone. I had no problems when just using it on my cheeks, but of course I want to moisturise my whole face so I stopped using it and moved onto something that was a little less rich.
This iconic yellow lotion is part of the three-step skin care regime invented by Clinique. It doesn't have much of a fragrance and it doesn't break out my skin. It's a medium weight. It doesn't feel very heavy and it absorbs into the skin fairly quickly. That being said, I've had moisturizers that absorb in less than five minutes but this takes about a good 10 for me. I did not use it as part of the three-step, so this could be why absorbtion was a little slow.
The moisturizer is the third step, and before it, comes cleansing and toning based on your skin type. You could probably use your own cleanser and toner. This moisturizer very comfortable on my skin.
It will relieve any tightness you have and does what it supposed to do. The reason I don't give it more stars, is because it is a classic without much change. It seems to be the same formula that I used in the early 90s. To me, others companies research and development have gone beyond this formulation. There are probably better moisturizers by Clinique out there than this one. I think it is still so popular because it is a classic. If you need a no frills basic moisturizer, then this is the one for you.
Tips: Try this with Clinique's other two steps based on your skin type from a consultation with one of their representatives for best results. Apply this before powder foundation so that the powder melts into your skin.
DDM, as it is affectionately known by its fans, is the star of the Clinique 3-step system. I have used this moisturiser many times since first discovering it in the 90s. I hate the rest of the system as I just find the soap and toner waaaay too drying. This I keep coming back to when my skin is in need as I know I can always rely on it.
DDM+ is more moisturising than the standard DDM and aimed at drier skins. I picked a deluxe mini of this up when my skin was extremely dry due to medication. Despite being a more heavy duty moisturiser, it still feels like a light lotion, just the same as the classic DDM. It is quickly absorbed into the skin. It does leave a light layer on the skin but it doesn't feel filmy at all.
This is a really good basic moisturiser but this in itself does make it quite pricey. It just doesn't have the thrills or high tech ingredients of other moisturisers in the same price band. Because if this, it isn't something I use regularly but would use again when my skin is in need of some first aid. On the plus side you don't need a lot so a full size bottle will last you ages.
This has to be a facial staple! It's simplicity means no fuss in the pump action dispenser. It's timeless formula has not changed for years a it continues to be a best seller for a reason. It's uncomplicated formula is light enough for summer snd sturdy enough to cover winter winds etc. it is not Oily leaving your greasy or drying it is there ready to help skin recover at both ends of the day. This is one of my dessert island must haves!!
Tips: I dare you not to get addicted!
I bought a tiny deluxe bottle of this. The first few times I used it, it didn't seem to provide my skin with enough hydration under my sunscreen and we weren't in the middle of winter. Since it is a light lotion I tried applying two thin layers and it worked much better to balance and hydrate my skin. My skin didn't get as oily and didn't feel as dry. I think I have liked it a lot more that way and my skin must have adjusted to it as I've gone back to one layer of it and it seems to be enough hydration. I didn't have any breakouts from using this and it was comfortable to wear once my skin adjusted better. It absorbs quickly which is something I really like about it. The little 15ml deluxe bottle has lasted me for weeks so a full-sized bottle is going to last you a really long time. However, I won't be repurchasing because I was a bit underwhelmed by something that was hyped to be amazing and give a dramatic difference. I think it probably was amazing but other brands of moisturizers have also come a long way and you can probably get something with a similar feel and hydration for less.
Tips: This is a light lotion so if one layer doesn't give enough moisture, try patting in another thin layer.
This product is fantastic! It levels out the oils and water in your skin. My skin was very hydrated and smooth, my skin soaked it up. If you have dry spots I found this really helped. I also found this made me not as oily throughout the day and helped my foundation sit nicely on my skin.
Tips: You don't have to only use it on your face. It works well on your hands, elbows, knees, feet etc. (It worked well on my skin type)
This is my go to mousturiser, I have been sticking to this one for well over a year now. The 125ml size lasts so long, so don't worry about the price, it is sure to last you at least 6 months using it twice a day. I use the one for dry skin and I never experience dryness now, the formula is not oily or thick but is so moisturising, not sticking to my dry spots at all. Make up goes on so smoothly over top. I use this twice a day morning and night and it does not cause me to break out at all. My face always feels hydrated, soft and supple and looks amazing! Perfect for both summer and winter :)
Tips: Just give it a go :)
