Clinique Quickliner for Eyes Review

I have this in three colours and is my everyday eyeliner. It is really easy to apply and goes on smoothly, The colour is really good and vibrant, doesn't fade throughout the day and is still strong even when you smudge it.

I like this because I am horrible with Liquid Eyeliners (I even took the time to try to learn, it just wasn't working for me) . I find this incredibly easy to use (more so than even a pencil liner) because it literally just glides on.

You could touch up throughout the day, but it's fairly long lasting

One of the few eyeliners that don't smudge and don't involve any pulling or tugging on your eyelids . the twist up mechanism is fabulous! It's retractable which i like alot because you never have to sharpen.

I also like the smudging brush on the opposite end if you wanted to quickly change to a smokey eye. Try it!

the only downside is i while using it overseas in Vietnam's in 30+ temperatures i found that if i wore it alone with no eyeshadow it would end up in the crease of my eyelid after awhile. i could not combat this issue by dusting my eyelids with translucent powder. the only thing that stopped it was wearing it with eyeshadow. I dont however have this problem back in NZ so long as i apply powder over it and in the crease of my eyelid.

Comes in six colours, all deep dark smoky numbers and all typical Clinique play-safe options. I tried Intense Plum, a deep purple; Intense Charcoal, a dark smoky grey just a few shades off black; and Intense Ivy, a dark moss green. But to be honest, from far off, you can barely tell that they are all different colours anyway so I do wish Clinique had turned up the colour instead of the black. Intense Charcoal is very similar to Smoke Grey. I think green eyeliners look awesome with brown eyes, so I was disappointed in quite how un-green Intense Ivy looked once it was on. My favourite was Intense Plum, which boasts a gorgeous purple shimmer that isn’t totally lost on the eye

For ease of use and intensity of colour, these Clinique Quickliners are a winner. They’re all in shades perfect for creating dramatic smoky eyes yet just a simple swipe or two makes for a good defined everyday eye too.

Whilst they’re not going to replace my holy grail eyeliner Revlon colour stay anytime soon, they will definitely be staying in my stash as great options

I bought one of this in very black because I used a very good Clinique eyeliner before it. However, it totally disappointed me. This product is easy to put on and has a brush on the other end. It can help give smoke eye effect. When I first got it, I twisted too much that it was too long. I tried to reverse it and it didn't work. It ended up break apart when I had to put on my eye. What a waste! My biggest problem is smudge. It ran all around my eyes after a few hour. Because it's water proof, it's hard to clean off. I'm very disappointed about this products and won't buy it again

I love the fact that this pencil is automatic,and applies very smoothly. The eyeliner smudges off easily, and doesn't last all day.The sponge tip is handy for achieving a smokey look. But I don't think spending that much money on a pencil eyeliner that won't last all day is worth it at all.

I really like this product, it is super easy to use, it is very smooth to apply, the smudge tool is great, makes the perfect effect. I like that I do not have to sharpen it. I got the smoky brown colour and love it. It really lasts a long time, to the end of the day.

I have been using Clinique eyeliners for donkey's years. I just love the way they don't drag like some others. They smudge beautifully to give a softer look around the eyes too. A little expensive in enzed but worth the money in my opinion. I am totally in love with these liners and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I received this liner as part of a gift with purchase. It is a very dark black which is great. It glides on easily and smoothly.

It is automatic which is great as you don't need to sharpen it.

I had used this a few times and then went to twist it up for some new lead and nothing happened. That was the end of my eye liner., Nothing I did could make it work, it was broken.

I know it was a gift with purchase but I really did expect it to work for longer than a couple of weeks.

If it had lasted longer I would have scored this higher.

This eyeliner is a fine pencil which goes on smoothly and consistently around the eyes. The black was not too heavy and nor was it a thick line. An absolute delight to use. I will be buying this again.

I had read a few good reviews about this eyeliner so decided to give it a whirl. I purchased it for $15 from a makeup store on trade me, which is a great price. It is a wind up pencil which does not need sharpening which I like however I don't like how you can only wind it up but not back down, so you have to be careful not to wind it up too far.

I got it in the colour 'really black' but I found it was quite dull on my lids. Not very pigmented at all. It tugged quite a lot and to me the formula feels too dry. It transferred quite bad and looked awful at the end of the day.

I had high hopes for this but it did not seem to work very well for me at all. I also had issues with the pencil winding up. In the end I just had to bin it. Maybe I got some old stock or something. I would not purchase again.

I love this eye liner. It definitely is as it says and is quick. You only need to slightly turn the pencil and you're ready to use. The other end of the pencil has a wee sponge which works really well to blend it in so it looks really flawless. I have bought this is an earthy green colour and a grey. I really liked both of them. My only criticism would be that there's not a whole lot of eyeliner in them for the price. It didn't last as long as I was expecting it to sadly.
