Rimmel London Lasting Finish Matte Lipstick by Kate Moss Review

These are full colour, smooth, not drying, and so cheap! I've tried rimmel lipsticks from a could of different lines but the Lasting finish ones are the best. Now i'm not too sure about the lasting finish because they act like regular lipsticks. But they don't slide around your lips and aren't patchy at all. Love love love these!

I've been wanting to try these lipsticks out for quite some time now. I see them at most chain stores but I didn't want to pay full price just in case I didn't like them. Luckily a bucket sale was coming into town so this was my opportunity to try and find these lipsticks. I was lucky enough to find a large range of rimmel products there. Now the hardest part was choosing because theres always so many products to choose from.

The packaging of this lipstick is so pretty to look at. Its a vibrant red with a metal Rimmel band going around it. I like this crown that imprinted on the top of the lid. This added little touch of Kates name on it is so cute with this little heart. When I open the lid normally I get disappointed by seeing a plastic casing but this one is metal with Rimmel imprinted on it. The colour I chose is 104 it's a pink nude. The texture of it is Matte but it's not drying like most mattes would be and it still has it's moisture in it it.

Before applying my lipstick I like to do a gentle lip scub just to get off any excess dry skin. After that I put on a bit of lipbalm. Then I apply my lipstick. I find this lipstick glides on smoothly. There wasn't any patches for me with this. This does come off with eating and drinking . I did need to apply more after eating . The colour for me was vibrant even though it's a colour thats apart of the nudes.

Would I buy more. Yes I would buy more because I enjoy the packaging. I also enjoyed the finish I had with it. It's priced accordingly. If it had a lasting finish like it says it does it would have got a 5/5. I just needed to try it first before committing to it. I can't wait to find more colours.

Kate Moss lipstick colour range has some beautiful colours and they stand out! I don't always use bold lipsticks, only when I have a special event or gathering. So I do recommend this lipstick range for people who like strong bold colours. I have a red one it's beautiful and stands out! It's not long-lasting so you will need to re-apply if you're eating, and having a drink, and it does kinda go on anything everything that touches it. But it's still beautiful and does the job it's supposed to.

This was the first red lipstick I got that was a perfect shade of red. And I've now had it probably longer than I should have, but it's still going strong.

The packaging is simple but effective and for cheaper packaging does still have the proper click of a good lipstick tube. I do wonder if these would sell as well without the Kate Moss endorsement, but they are a good quality product regardless.

The lipstick is a more matte look, but not drying like the proper matte lipsticks. I'd say the lipstick lasts until my next meal and stays in place well with little feathering, For a bold lipstick, I can get away wearing it without a lipliner, which there are some that you'd struggle to do that with. The scent is also quite nice and I'm quite picky about the taste and scent of lipsticks.

I'd totally recommend these. I'd say this is just as good as some of the bullet lipsticks I've got from the likes of Sephora and Mecca, but it was from The Warehouse and had 25% off.

I recently brought this during a sale, thought why not try out for everyday wear....wow its one of the best matte lipsticks ever tried. Ended up going back and buying 2 more lol Its goes on nice and smooth with good colour coverage. Its great value for money and the colour range is good staples. Its lasted awhile until I started eating and drinking coffee but nothing a lil touchup will fix.

Although I love a mac lipstick the Rimmel Kate moss lipsticks have a great colour range are long lasting and have a nice matte finish would highly recommend if your looking for a long lasting lipstick at an affordable price only about 20 nzd

Nice texture, glides on smoothly but the colour was hardly visible and made my lips look dry and patchy. Would love to still try the other matte shades but this nude one is a big no no! Would not purchase again.

I love this lipstick. It has nice colour options. I have it in the colour 107 and I am always using it. The colour is pigmented lasts hours and is a beautiful plum shade. Will be buying this product again for sure.

These lipsticks are soooo nice! They leave such a glossy feel on your lips almost like a lip gloss without Being sticky. They last a really long time even if you don't use a lot of product! They are super pigmented the slightest of dabs and the product is on your lips so pleased I bought it!

I have this in 107 and I'm actually quite surprised by the richness of color and longevity of wear! its easy to apply and gives a matte finish without drying your lips out.
