BeautyBlender Blender Cleanser

I received a bottle of the BeautyBlender Blender Cleanser for free as part of an offer when I purchased my recent red blender, it really does make a difference to the sponge.

Pretty understated and chic in it's dumpy clear plastic bottle with the logo labelled on, containing these thick and rather gloppy texture of clear liquid, there is no odour at all to it.

Once the sponge is dampen in warm water squeeze a little fingertip sized amount into the palm of your hands and then rub into the sponge between your fingers, slowly massaging it. This method I have found the best to release all the product that has sunk into the centre of the sponge. Once it has all foamed up, submerge into a bowl/sink of warm water and squeeze until all the foam is in the water, then rinse through with cool water. Giving it a squeeze with a towel to remove excess.

The beauty of this cleanser is that it really gets those stubborn marks out, I regularly wash my sponge each day with a squeeze of another makeup brush shampoo to quick wet it as I like to use it that way, but once a week I like to give it a deep cleanse and this cleanser is the one of choice.

This cleanser smells like lavender, which immediately appeals to me. I'm a sucker for scents!

It foams well and is quite light so it's easy to get through the sponge and get it clean. I clean my sponge every time I use it, to make sure it doesn't harbour any bacteria.

Unfortunately this is quite expensive and so for that reason I won't be buying it again - instead I'll use the same baby shampoo I use to wash my regular face brushes.

I got the travel set which came with BB sponge and a small bottle of this cleanser. I would have to say this cleans the BB sponge quite effectively and quickly. I apply just a dab and then squeeze work up a lather and then rinse it out an then repeat and the sponge is cleaned really fast. It also very effectively and quickly cleaned makeup out of my brushes, I would say easier than baby shampoo. It is a bit, pricey in my opinion but if I was rushed and had brushes that needed daily cleaning I would consider buying this to cut back on the time spent cleaning them. Also a little goes a long way and a big bottle would probably last you quite awhile.

I purchased this in a pack of Beauty Blenders from Beautylish. It worked out the same price as buying 2 stand alone Beauty Blenders, so I thought I would try this out. Prior to using this I used regular shampoo and olive oil to clean and condition my brushes.

This comes in a clear bottle which makes it easy to see how much product is inside (and when to purchase another bottle). To disperse the product you push the cap down and the fluid comes through the top - this makes cleaning my sponges super easy. For brushes I push the button and swirl my brushes in the shampoo individually.

This creates a nice foam and makes my brushes and sponges super squeaky clean. This is very easy to rinse out and doesn't leave my brushes feeling coarse or rough.

Overall I really love this and will absolutely repurchase it.

I absolutely love this product! Previously I was using shampoo or dishwashing liquid mixed with olive oil (deep cleans your brushes and leaves them super soft) to clean my beauty tools. I found this cleanser online last year and was in a splurging mood so I bought it and have never looked back!

It has a light lavender scent and comes out as a thick gel. I squirt a tiny amount directly onto a wet makeup brush or blender and then use a rubber/silicone brush cleaning tool from Kmart to deep clean. Rubber gloves also work really well for this! Just make sure you get the ones with little ridges on the palms. This cleanser dissolved even stubborn makeup (including double wear!) and also cuts drying time in half. Previously I had labeled all beauty tool cleansers as gimmicky - why buy a product like this when you could use something cheaper? Well I stand corrected because I can’t live without this cleanser! This product is highly concentrated so a little goes a long way, I’ve had my bottle for almost a year and it’s still over half full. It leaves my tools soft and even though it cuts through stubborn makeup it’s also incredibly gentle and it leaves my brushes “hydrated”.

Overall I absolutely love this product and will continue to repurchase!

I never expected this blender cleanser to be so good! I brought the Beauty blender pack which had 2 beauty blenders and the blender cleanser for $59 from Beautyjoint.com, I got $5 off for signing up which was an added bonus!

The blender cleanser has a cool cap where you push it down and the cleanser comes out, it has a lavender smell & it is a gel type texture. A small amount goes a long way and because you can push down as much as you like you don't waste any cleanser.

Its simple to use and leaves your sponges and brushes smelling deliciously clean! I use the cleanser on all my brushes, it cuts down cleaning time in half.

I recommend this for everyone, its worth the money and gives your beauty blender and brushes a nice pampering

I bought this through beautylish with 2 beautyblenders, because it worked out cheaper than buying just one beautyblender. Where is the sense in that! Anyway.

This comes in a see through bottle with what *should* be a revolutionary pump top. I assume you are supposed to put the sponge on the top and pump the soap in/on/around it, but my pump kinda just squirts it out underneath the pump and it's very irritating, so I don't use that.

It smells quite nice, and it makes my brushes and sponge smell quite good too, which I'm pleased with. However, I've actually started watering this down because I find that it's too thick. Watered down, it still makes a lot of bubbles (the only sign anything is clean, duh) and the brushes still get cleaned.

Because I'm watering it down, I think it's going to last a long time, but I don't think I'd repurchase regardless, and I think the entire BB range is over hyped and over priced.

Such an amazing product for cleaning my beauty blender and make up brushes. This is the only product that can make my beauty blender look brand new again. It removes all the make up effortlessly in such a short amount of time. This is the best cleaning product that I have ever used. I love using it on my make up brushes also as the make up comes off so easily. I use to hate cleaning my brushes and beauty blender but this product cuts the cleaning time in half because it really is super powerful. My brushes and blender smell and feel super clean and fresh after using this product.

I purchased this thru Beautylish. As I had been using their solid cleansing bar & really liked how it worked away the grime so I thought the liquid would be as good if not better. Plus my regular brush soap had reformulated & wasn't cutting it anymore 1 full size bottle would wash my brushes twice because I needed to use lots to clean my brushes good.

I like the dispenser on this soap it is a pop top pump that has a indent on it for which I use it to pick up product with my brush itself. The bottle is transparent as is the liquid which makes it good to measure the amount you've used & what's left. The liquid is quite thick,gel like consistency & once dispersed it suds up almost instantly. There is a scent too, some say it's a lavender scent but again it's nothing chemically or offensive so I'm happy in that department. Effects upon use of the liquid cleanser, is it cleansers off any makeup from my brushes & leaves them sparkling clean, they shine like my hair after using conditioner. Also I found it got right into the thickest part of my bristles & deeper cleansed. I didn't need to redo the process so was happy and when cleansing my blenders well it was a breeze. To clean my brushes I used a bare amount and although the bottle seems small 150ml is quite enough I have an excess of 30 brushes & was happy with the amount I used so I can see the bottle lasting a good while. I would reccomend this for anyone who needs a dependable cleanser for both brushes & blenders you won't go wrong.

I purchased this along with the Beauty Blender as they were having a sale and it was a pretty good deal. I usually use baby shampoo to clean my sponge so it was nice trying something different.

I got this in travel size which is around 90ml. It is quite a thick gel and smells really nice. I used to be a bit lazy at cleaning my makeup tools but I make sure I keep on top of it because putting something dirty on your face is just manky.

You only need a small amount with this, it cleans the sponge brilliantly and makes it look new again plus it makes it smell good! It has lasted me a while so far and next time I will get the bigger bottle as I think it is a really hygienic and easy way to keep your blender clean.
