This foundation powder got a lot of hype, especially from the adds on television but i found that it didn't really work for me. It hardly covered my blemishes and i found that it made my skin cakey which is not a good look. It is not good for oily skin as it comes of easily. The smell of the makeup gets old and weird overtime. It is one of those products that if i have nothing else, i will use it but i am not really happy about it. The concealer didn't really work for me either so i haven't had good results with Thin Lizzy makeup at all.

Tips: I wouldn't recommend this to people with oily skin or acne prone skin.
I have medium brown skin and purchased this product to just give my skin an even tone, as it can be slightly patchy. I ended up looking like I had been in a sunbed too long and yet I didn't put that much on. It suited more being a blusher or eyeshadow. It didn't suit me but it may suit others.
I remember using this when I was in my teens lol but this definitely isn't at all what it says it is. I do however use it for bronzing and contouring, but thats it. Also, I use it I've run out of powder, just to set my liquid foundation. It works pretty good. Its worth the money, as you get two of each, but it doesn't do whats advertised.
Got a good deal at farmers and was really cheap but nothing like the add on tv .... The lip gloss is so thick and sticky but smells nice and the powder its self did nothing for me ! Made me look like I just had heaps of glitter on , although saying that I love the eye liner that it comes with really good , may work better for others ! Just try before you buy !
It's a nice contouring product for me and a bronzer I wouldn't use it as a foundation or anything, the coverage isn't that great And the lip balm is way to sticky makes me a little sick Even with darker skin tone still doesn't really work do. No
Tips: As a gift use it but don't go out of your way to buy it
I only use this now as an all over bronzer and ONLY in summer when my skin is more tanned. I dont find it helps cover the redness in my cheeks either. I would probably try it as a contour at some point but havent as of yet as I already have a couple of products that I like to use for contouring at the moment.
I dont rate the brushes that come with it either. They are always leaving bristles on my face after a few uses which I find seriously annoying. I would never pay full price for this and usually end up giving the brushes to my daughter to play with.
Tips: Dont pay full price for this.
I got mine as a gift and It worked for me when my skin was normal. It says it works well with acne and rosacea well it's a lie. Over the years my red cheeks have gone worse and I decided to repurchase the product after a year from the last thin liszt I per owned I tried it and to a surprise it didn't work for me at all. I don't know if it's how I applied it or it's just my skin to blame. But yeah. Every does have their given opinion,
When you first watch the adds on tv about this product you think wow ! But unfortunately that was not the result for me.
The demonstration girl matched my colour as light and in the lighting at the mall I thought that the colour was ok but as soon as I got home it was night time so I didn't think much of it. The next morning when I applied it I found that it was quite orangey on my skin. Also when you apply it I found it to be quite messy and I had excess powder down my top and all around the pan on the compact.
I do like the compact. I think it is a very neat design and I like the tin that the powders come in as they seem to have different designs from time to time.
Tips: Definitely take a look in natural light before you make the decision to buy.
I have never understood the whole fuss over thin lizzy. While the powder is light on the skin and coverage is quite good, even the lightest shade (only two shades light and dark) made me look like I had stuck my head in an orange sunbed. I would be more inclined to use it to contour rather than as a foundation of sorts.
You see this powder advertised on TV all the time so I thought id give it a go... I found its a tricky thing to use when you start applying it, it doesn't look dark enough so you keep applying but afterwards it goes really dark and orange! Makes you look like a ompalumpa! I personally wouldn't buyit again and wouldn't recommen to friends
