This is the first primer I ever had (and still use). It does exactly what it says it does. This primer is a versatile makeup base and I use it on my eyelids under eyeshadow, as well as on its own if I don't feel like wearing foundation. It makes your skin appear smoother and makes your foundation glide on really nicely too. It comes in a pot and is a pale pink colour. It isn't liquid or creamy- more solid/buttery and it melts into your skin with the warmth of your fingers, leaving your skin super smooth, soft and velvety. This primer is different to usual primers because it doesn't leave that slippery feeling. Overall, really love this product and want to buy more of it but I've been looking for it at Clarins counters everywhere but they don't seem to have it.

I remember one day in my early 20's looking into the side mirror on my car and seeing my complexion, I was wearing full coverage foundation and I was shocked at the texture of my skin. I have suffered from acne for 15 years now, and it has left large pores on my cheeks. So I went into Farmers and I ended up buying this primer.
This primer DOES work for large pores. Its consistency is like a thick creme and it's slightly tinted in the jar. It apples silky smooth and a little goes a long way. Almost a decade later I am onto other primers now. The reason why I don't use this primer anymore after using it for years, is even though I have dry skin, and this would make my foundation look fantastic, I sweat a lot during the day, and this primer does nothing for oil control! If you are not oily then this would be a great primer.
Tips: You only need a little bit, and it comes with a spatula so you don't need to dip your finger into the jar.
