This set has almost everything you need for a full face and comes in a nice sturdy good quality brush book. This was a splurge but not one I'm regretting any time soon! I paid almost 200NZD with the exchange rate after I got a discount code and it was totally worth it because when you break down the cost per individual brush it came down to under 14 bucks and there's some good sized big face brushes in there that cost more than four times as much and you get a nice sturdy good quality faux leather brush book to store them in neatly. You get everything you need to do a full face minus a foundation brush and spoolie (but that will come on the end of alot of brow pencils so no biggie). Of the 15 brushes you get 4-5 of them are on the larger to medium side for your face and the rest are mostly eye brushes I reach for a lot and then a couple for concealer and one for lips. Of the brushes I got in the kit all except for 6 are ones I regularly reach for or might use for something else. Those are the
E10 small eyeliner brush (I prefer felt tip marker for liquid liner, I use this as a lip liner brush instead). E15 flat definer (prefer a narrower brush for my tiny eyes or a pencil brush or eyeliner pencil but this is great for concealing around my brows). F75 concealer (mainly apply concealer under my eyes and I prefer I different brush for that to blend it out but sometimes I use this around my lips to get a sharper line) F65 large concealer (reason listed above) E50 large fluff (this brush is an over-sized jumbo eyeshadow brush and I have tiny eyes so not my go to I have used it for highlighting or nose contour but I have other brushes I prefer atm for that. Could be used for really blending out an eye or adding a full wash of eyeshadow). L05 lip brush (I use it for doing my lipstick sometimes but lipstick application by the bullet is always quicker.)
Everything else I regularly use for my makeup. I use the F10 powder/blush for applying blush to the apples of my cheeks. F15 duo fiber powder/ blush for more pigmented blushes to tone them down. F20 large powder for all over bronzing, light contour. F25 for setting powder. F35 for highlighting the high points of my face. E20, E25, E35 and E45 for putting together my eye makeup look. If you're a brush junkie like me you'll like this kit. If you're looking to expand your brush collection you'll like this. All the brushes are good quality ones that wash out nicely and apply and blend makeup beautifully and I haven't had any problems with shedding.
Tips: Buy this off the official international Sigma website. It's cheapest there and the price of this set is over the threshold for free shipping. If you don't want to use the brush for the intended purpose look it up on Youtube for an alternate way to use.
